Well, some things are clear
-We were not a first choice, and he was waiting for a team like barca, madrid, or united to make a move.... and we cannot blame him for that.
-Marotta had a tough deal, and to fulfill it this Juventus would have to overpay, and to pay astronomic salaries that we are not used to. Not to mention the discontent it would cause in the team because lets be sincere, even for a player like aguero, those salaries were just obsene for Juventus.
-We cannot attract big names anymore. To regain that privilege we will need to grind it by making to the top of the league, and also the league itself needs to go up to the standards of spain and england to improve our chances....(this last point will not happen soon tho,).

So well, i think it was GG for us in the aguero saga, and unless no one makes a bid, i think we are out of the race. Not to mention that im pretty sure marotta and Agnelli dont like to be treated like a third option club (even when its true) and they want to keep their honor in the deal it seems.

Oh also in the interview in spanish , when questioned if he would play for madrid he said "apuesto por cualquiera", in other words he will go to the team which offer the most for him, even when it could be real madrid. When questioned about the athletico-real madrid issue, he said that athletico was his working place in spain, unlike Racing avellaneda (argentina) who was his childhood team and is the team where he will retire, and would never backstab for another enemy team.

To finish, he said that right now he is focused on coipa and is leaving everything to his agents, but he will make definitive decitions just fater the copa, not now.

This is what he said:

"I will bet for any team, I dont see my self in Atletico, and the only team I wouldnt go is Racing becouse Im from Independiente. but Real?... Atletico is only my work place"

It's not like Aguero doesn't want to come , but it's Marotta who doesn't offer money .
Our offer was a joke !
Mmm not just that, he is just waiting for other more interesting offers to come. Only if everything else fails, THEN he would accept juves offer, and i think athletico is thinking the same way.

Also i think that Marotta and Juventus in general dont like to be played like that and dont want to offer more money because of this. After all, he is asking for A LOT of money, taking in account his salary.

Same here.

But, alas, we will have the "fuck him for not choosing Juve"..."we want players that WANT to come and BLEED for Juve"...blah blah blah.
In part, they have a point. They cannot be like beggers for someone that is treating them like 4th choice, when they want to teach our players that they need to bleed for the shirt. Its if they were like "you all need to sweat for the shirst because we are juventus, meanwhile we pay this mercenary much more than you even when he doesnt wanted to come and dont care about the brand etc..."

Like juventus stated, they want to pay big money for him, but not to enter in bidding wars.... because of all this deal depends practically as a whole, in what the other teams have to offer. One single better option and we are as good as done. sadly.
