stop saying get lost as if this club is not driving him away :claire:
I'm saying GET LOST to whomever is going to make this decision so the players can leave and our team can gel. I wish Gio well but he needs to hurry the hell up and make a decision.

Latest news about the deal is that Parma get him on loan first season and then an option to co-own him which basically means that he's sticking around in Parma for atleast 2 years. :depressed

Not necessarily.

Even if Parma decide to use their co-own option, an agreement would still need to be found to decide where he'll end up playing.

'Bari will only sign Giovinco on loan’

Bari director of sport Guido Angelozzi has revealed that if he does sign Juventus playmaker Sebastian Giovinco this summer, it will only be on loan.

The Atomic Ant is expected to leave Turin before the end of the transfer window in a bid to play regular first team football.

Bari have made no secret of their desire for him to play at San Nicola, but competition from Parma, who want to sign him on a permanent basis, could scupper their plans.

“We will sign a defender,” Angelozzi said. “Giovinco would be the icing on the cake, but we are only talking about a loan.

“We have made investments in Almiron, Barreto and Ghezzal. Now Giovinco interests us and we have proposed Juventus the formula of a loan with a right to buy.

“We can’t sign him in co-ownership,” he concluded.

Loan is fine, Right to Buy is not fine.

Bari will struggle not to get relegated next season with or without Giovinco. Don't think they can buy him if they are in Serie B.

That's a fair point, Gian. One I hadn't considered. if we are looking selfishly at the situation...better he goes somewhere, where even if he shines madly brightly, the team as a whole will fail, as he will be more eager to come home. Agreed.
