I think the appointment of Del Neri was a clear sign from our board that the objective this season is to get back into the CL, Del Neri should be able to do that.

And what makes you think that? You make one season with Samp in a poor Serie A sound more than it really amounts to, i.e. more than just one season of success.

Del Neri had a better team with Roma and only lasted six months there. He was fired.

You've said this stuff before, which is fine, but when he fails don't decide to turn on him and say he wasn't up for the job. You giving him a chance means that you're with him, so stand by him.

You claim we should give him a chance despite the fact he has a mediocre history in the game. That implies you are for his signing, as if you were against it, you wouldn't "give him time."

This same BS verbiage is rewarded to all personnel who get a chance with Juventus yet clearly don't deserve it. Blanc, Secco, Molinaro, Zaccherroni, Ranieri, the list goes on and on. "Give them time", the crowd chants. And the only reason why people spout this stuff is because they're hanging onto a false sense of hope, or else are scared that their opinions are wrong.

Inter and roma are clearly a head of us, but i dont see Milan, Samp, fiorentina, Genoa, napoli all being great so i think we have a chance this season to do better, even with martinez and pepe on our wings.

If we don't qualify for the CL the entire squad, staff and front office should be shot. Well, except for Ale, Gigi, Claudio and Chiellini who can do no wrong.

I think if Milan are injury free they are better then us. We will see how their new coach manages but I don't think Pepe and MArtinez on our flanks competes with Ronaldinho and Pato(if pato is fit)
the Milan starting 11 is better then ours imo.
But Milan tend to flop and if Del Neri can get us playing solidly and like a team we should be able to do well this season I hope

Roma look interesting this season with Adriano, Totti and Vucinic upfront
