damn it, if diego is given whole season to prove himself, and manages to ruin it by all means then why people can't give 3-4 matches to gio, who is by far more talented than diego is..

if diego plays bad for 20-30 matches people say he needs time adapt
if gio plays 1 bad match in 4 matches people say he is bullshit..

so hard, so hard..

No matter how much I like Giovinco,Diego didn't play bad 20-30 matches this season, fairly he was one of our best players this season. And to be honest one of the best players that have arrived in Italy for the last 6 years.
But Zac and Ferrara could play Giovinco and Diego in the same time.

Giovinco didn't actually play THAT good a game. What made him stick out from the rest of the group was his effort. He wanted the ball, he made second efforts, he tried running it through when there was no one to pass to. He wasn't anything special that game despite my high opinions of him, he just tried.

which is expected considering how long he was out through injury and no real match practice. makes you think how much he could have grown if ranieri and ferrara had played him consistently.

It makes me think how much better our team would be if they gave a shit. I also don't get how he can play one bad game and he's benched. Grygera has a career full of bad games and we've played him consistently.

He played well. He was the only one out there (Melo when he came in) that seemed to look like they wanted to be playing. As always he never stops running. He is hungry for time and he is making sure (like he always does) to make the most of what time he is given.

This Diego being hurt is a blessing IMO. Now, lets hope, since apparently he hasn't convinced anyone yet that this time he will hopefully get with Diego out will prove to be a good time for him.
Anybody with half a brain can see why Giovinco should be playing and be allowed to develop even further.
What I liked is how our attack tried to be more creative (dummies, movement, overlap, etc). He knows how to do all that and once the chemistry clicks between him, diego and attackers it is going to be sick. I know we looked lethargic yesterday but needless to say, our attacking ideas grew about 5 fold it seemed yesterday.

As you could tell, and what I have been screaming for a long time now, Gio was all over the pitch from left to right. There is no reason why you can't give two AMs the freedom to wonder the pitch. As smart as he and Diego are it is a crime to limit their creative freedom to just one area. Let the two work and gain an understanding of each other.

It is true that Didier did give Marchisio a lot of time. Although Seba just got a few minutes.

Whatever the case, we'd be far better off now if Deschamps was respected by the board and stayed on.

Deschamps is still in the Europe League with his team isn't he?
so we are sunk that low right now, that we do rate europe leage teams coaches after all that talk about "world class" coaches ? what if he failed after half a season too ? is it again the board with its retards ideas ?
