Wow, i didn't know that Inter wants De Ceglie.
We may have a big problem here because our fools let Siena have half of the rights.

This is the worst scenario.
Juve offer money to Siena for the other half of De Ceglie. In the same time Inter offer money to Siena for De Ceglie and Siena reject our offer.
Since Juve and Siena don't come up with a deal there will be a blind auction and whoever offers more wins the other half of De Ceglie.
You may think that we'll easily outbid Siena, right ?
We can if a certain Moratti won't be the one who'll give Siena the money in order to outbid us.
Now if Siena outbid us with Moratti's money, they'll get full rights of De Ceglie and they simply sell the player to Inter.

What gives me hope is the fact that Juve and Siena are friendly teams and we always cooperate. That's why i doubt Siena will play a dirty trick on us and i believe we'll get De Ceglie at the end.

i hope he comes to us, i would hate to see a player we created in that ugly jersey. i hope siena know that we helped them with him this year and we get him back.

i really hope that doesnt happen lol u've got me worried now espicially as Siena might be facing relegation and they will need all the money they can get.. In any case i doubt Siena will have the balls to piss us off that much considering all that we have done for them

Keep your paws off Paolo, moRATti! :ferocious :boxing:

Even the Tinkerman wants him back at Juve!

Ranieri Wants Giovinco, Marchisio & De Ceglie To Return
Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri wants to recall Sebastian Giovinco, Claudio Marchisio and Paolo De Ceglie to the club in time for next season, according to Leggo.
Giovinco is one of Italy’s most gifted young players, an infinitely talented trequartista with fantastic skill and creativity.

The 21-year-old has been on-loan at Empoli this season, and despite the club being rock-bottom, he has had a great season, scoring five goals in 28 games.

Midfielder Marchisio is also on-loan at Empoli, and has played 21 times this campaign for the Tuscans. Like Giovinco, he is a regular in the Italy Under-21 national team, and Ranieri would like to bring him back to fill the void of Tiago Mendes, who will be sold in the summer.

Finally The Tinkerman also wants to recall Paolo De Ceglie, although this may be more complicated as he is half-owned by Siena.
De Ceglie is one of Italy’s best young left backs, a player with searing pace, and an ability to get up-and-down the flank.

 I actually agree with Tinkerman here!

Siena wouldnt do that at all in a million years. Not only for gratitude for loaning them players for years and them living on the fringe players we have given them, but the fact of that helps them as much as money would. What would the benifite from doing this with Inter and alienating a partner who supports them with playing material? Inter gives them money, but Juve has ALOT of youth players all over the place who they can loan out or sell.

Inter has a top primavera too, but not close the amount of loaned out youngsters we have (besides Acquafresca and Bolzoni, they dont have italiant talent either to loan). And those we produce. So it wouldnt really benfite them, or make much sense.

This thing of hijacking a co-own deal, I think its possible we might do that with Siena and Genoa, behind the scenes acquirring Forrestieri with Siena. Has been speculalted before.

Yeah, that's why i said i don't think something like that will happen.
Interesting info about Forrestieri.

Btw, i'd really like to know if in the next 5-10 years we'll have the same number of young players available (and good enough) for loaning to other serie A and serie B teams, as we did back in Moggi time.
Moggi did bring lots of such youngsters from all over Italy to Juve, and i don't have any info if the current board continued with the same policy.

If we seriously want to challenge for the Scudetto next season I can only see De Ceglie & Marchisio playing as Subs and not starters. Giovinco on the other hand is ready IMO. Best option would be to buy Grosso who is already 30 years old and can be a our left-back until De Ceglie gains more experience.

I would replace Grosso with Vargas .

In the case of Giovinco, Marchisio and De Ceglie it might be a good thing that our board are cheapskates (or wise :p), as bringing them back would mean for them that they'd have spend less in those area's.

I don't know whether or not you have been living under a rock for the past 7 months, but Chiellini has been one of the best CB in Seria A this season and it would be foolish to move him back to LB. He was good in his old position but he is a monster as a CB.

PS: Buying Cristian Zapata from Udinese would make Zapata & Chiellini the best CB duo in Seria A, IMO.
