I don't think you can tie down giovinco down to one position at parma he seems to roam all over the parma front line he probably wouldn't and couldn't be allowed that kind of freedom at juventus. as for him as a lm i am sure he played left midfield for italy 21 in the 2009 tournament and to say his was brilliant in that competition is a massive understatement

Balotelli - Acquafresca - Giovinco

That was pretty much every game, it changed to 4-5-1 on occasion, I remember it well for De Ceglie playing LCM.
