When did he say that he is celebrating out of spite? What he is saying is that there was nothing that Juve had done for him that should disallow his right to celebrate with his team mates.

Your reaction just highlights your double standards and immaturity on the topic of Giovinco's rights. Apparently he isn't allowed to move on with his career. The guy is part of a team ffs. What respect does not celebrating a goal show to Parma who have embraced him whole heartedly? Well you don't really give a shit, you're biased. Maybe he should just sit the whole game out. You know, out of respect for all the support we've given him.
People just take things too personally.

On a side issue, I think he should have to sit out the game. I don't think players should be allowed to play against his parent club.

Of course he's allowed to move on with he career, you're missing the point here. Of course I'm biased, I'm a fan of Juventus. I support this football team doing it's best every single season and match, I'm not a supporter of F.C. Giovinco or F.C. Diego etc. etc. If he's moved on trully and considers himself to be a Parma player and scores against Juventus joyously , then what do I owe Giovinco? Again there is everything the fans have done for Gio that should make him feel conflicted. We stood by him always, and the celebration is a gesture towards us and the club but mostly us.

You tell me why I shouldn't boil up with disgust when I see any player scoring against the team I support let alone one that 'used' to play for us.

It all depends whether he is celebrating scoring a goal, or whether he is celebrating scoring a goal against Juventus. That is a distiction that is important. The unfortunate thing is that only he would know what he's celebrating.

When our opponents score against us I naturally get angry and upset but do I automatically feel hate and disgust against them? Absolutely not. If you don't owe anything to a player that stood by this club for so many years then why should he owe you anything? You're acting like he is emulating Ibrahimovic  its an absolute joke.

Italians make too much bullcrap about celebrating goals or not. They make it sound like they are being made to sing "" while doing the goosestep for Hitler in a Nazi concentration camp. :wth:

Get the feck over yourselves.

What I feel towards Ibra is on another planet.

If Giovinco scores a goal against Juventus and Kisses the Parma badge and runs around etc. etc. why shouldn't I have a 'fuck him' attitude? :boh:

All of this, from the reaction of Giovinco to the reaction of the fans, was quite predictable. Of course Seba won't be too happy for never getting a proper chance with us, nor should he be. Of course fans will then turn on the player as soon he starts acting like a player on his new team, as if they expect him to bow down for Juventus and score a few own goals against Parma.

It's all very laughable and again shows the hilarity of big club fans. They think they deserve everything on a silver platter.

If Giorgio went to Real Madrid (who are less rivals than Parma basically) and scored a header against us then ran around kissing the Madrid badge, how would you react?

COOOOMPLETELY different. We built a defense around him, paid him millions more and he never said anything spitful or complained. Still, it wouldn't matter anyways, it's what players do.

That's not the same thing at all. Giovinco was repeatedly disrespected here, and was effectively forced out.

Depends on the nature of the departure. If we told him to fuck off or didn't want to give him a new contract, I'd be more pissed off at the management. But if he didn't have a grievance at all and just wanted to win CL's with Real, then I would be angry.

But with Seba, I can easily understand why he's pissed. He wants to stick it to the management, and in some ways they deserve a big slap in the face.

OK we seem to be going around in circles here.

The celebration is by proxy mostly towards the fans.

The fans showed Gio nothing but Love.

What am I missing here, or are the fans not to be considered when one can give a finger to people that aren't even part of the club anymore?

Fact- Delneri never left Gio out of a single league game, he never benched Gio for an entire season, and we'll never know (even though he's blind to Gio's skills). Ranieri,Zacc,Secco,Gigli aren't here anymore, who exactly is around that made Gio's time hell? nobody, that's who.

And you, on the other hand, set an example on how big club fans should be. Could you teach us ignorants a lesson or two?

Fucking hypocrite!
