Lanza, Palladino, Almiron (all recent loans I can remember that scored against us) did not celebrate out of respect and hell, Almiron wasn't even brought through our youth system... sounds like bitter grapes from this kid which is upsetting because I always liked him and so do/did the most of the fans but if he does choose to celebrate I hope his career ends in Parma.

Giovinco will celebrate against Juve
Tuesday 14 September, 2010

Parma midfielder Sebastian Giovinco has promised to celebrate if he scores against Juventus this season.

The pocket playmaker left Turin this summer in bitter circumstances, claiming the club had betrayed him.

Interviewed in Tuttosport, Giovinco said: “If I score against Juve, I will celebrate. I would be sorry for the Bianconeri's fans as they love me and would like to see me again there, but I wasn't treated well and that's my business.”

When pressed for more details, he snapped: “Enough! I have already said what I had to say.” :faq2:

Giovinco then explained his decision to leave the club.

“Parma were more concrete, but the two offers came from Bari and Parma.

“I liked Bari's interest and I would like to thank them again because it's a pleasure to receives their respect, but in the end there was only Parma with a concrete offer and I want to close a deal as soon as possible.”

I know one thing, I could never celebrate scoring against Juve, as a Juve fan it makes no sense. You can talk about being professional and that is no question, but to celebrate is something else. If he has a grievance against certain people at the club that is one thing, but they are not the club. If you are to celebrate that is against the club and the fans, deliberately or not. He sounds very bitter and not particularly analytical of the situation, like someone who would fire into a crowd of people as long as he gets his man.

I partly understand the little fella, he is sick of being benched and treated like a primavera guy here.
As for those who mention Lanzafame and his situation in Juventus it is stupid because that guy is not even 30% of what Giovinco is as a player.Lanzafame should be happy if he has an opportunity to sit on the bench.

Who said he will score against us? You guys act like he allready scored a hattrick.
If he wants to celebrate let him do it, it's his choice. I like the little guy but first let him proof himself and show us we made a mistake to let him go this year.
