just follow barca's methods with messi, dos santos, krkic.
i really dont want another Criscito here,Arsenal and Barca's way of playing their youngsters could be followed by Juve..
I guess the secret is to integrate your youngsters gradually in an already oiled machine.

Messi was a hit because he could play in a system that was already working, with Ronnie, Eto'o, Giuly, Xavi, ... He didn't have to build up the attacks or anything, that was taken care of. He was only expected to grow into the team, and today he's one of their main players.

I would be scared of having Giovinvo as our sole creative force. By next year, I think Nedved will have stopped, so I hope Camo-Palladino or Camo-(playmaker) will get working, and Giovinco could grow into the squad with not too much pressure on him.

Maybe if we can get Diego, it'll release a lot of responsibility and pressure off his shoulders!
It'd be a huge mistake to rely on Seba solely coming next season.

I don't think Juve would rely on a player that they have just loaned out for a season . Giovinco is an excellent prospect and could possibly be a legend of Juve some day but a team like Juventus would not build their whole team around Giovinco at the moment . I think Nedved , when in form is excellent for Juve , even in his age he can run like a 20 year old . Palladino is doing well on the wings , I have yet to see him have a dissappointing game , he's doing everything Ranieri is asking from him . Camo is our best winger at the moment , I wouldn't replace him with anyone .

When Giovinco comes to Juve , he's going to face pressure no matter what . It doesn't have to be a bad thing . Del piero filled in the shoesof Roberto Baggio , any player would have been overwhelmed and most players could have self destructed with such a huge responsiblity given to them . Del piero didn't disappoint and who knows what else he could have given Juve if it wasn't for that horrific injury .

More than a decade later , same story , different player . We don't have the luxury of Barcelona and we can't just buy world class players any time we please . Especially if we buy these players as a way for Giovinco to be able to ease into the team . He's going to face a big responsibility sooner or later , it's part of being a football player . If he's truely one of the greats then he'll prove us all right .

In what world are you living in? There is no way a player of the calibre of Diego is coming to Juve next year & judging from what the board have been saying the ARE going to rely on Seba next year.. Whilst there is a big risk in doing this i say throw him in the deepend, im quite sure he can swim

I dont know why im so sure about Seba, i just am, call it a hunch.. And yes he isnt a starter at Empoli now only because of Cagni, but if he keeps improving the way he has been i believe he will be ready for next year, i am however against bringing him back in January, in which case i think it would be too soon however it should be a different story by the end of the season.. Like it or not we need him as well as Serie A

As for Diego, im more than confident our directors have no chance of snagging him & i can't see Secco spending 20+ million on one player, not only Secco, but Agnelli have recently stated this

:agree: No chance of getting Diego. The era od spending huge money on 1 player is over for Juventus. At least for now. Even if we offered huge money, there are other clubs who can offer more to Werder AND Diego. And there is a possibility that Werder is not interested in selling their best player at all. We are also not the most desirable destination for world class players now. So, I hope people stop dreaming of signing Diego and be realistic. It ain´t gonna happen.

I say give Giovinco a starting position next season. :agree:

everyone keeps saying that he isn't a starter at empoli because of cagni. but ask yourselves why, i don't think that cagni has a personal vendetta against gio, so maybe he also feels that he doesn't want to much pressure on gio, or that coming in gradually will be better.

The big QUESTION here is what number is he going to get if DP is 10..Maybe like when Zamorano was on inter and how he wanted 9 be insted they gave him 1+8..Giovinco can be 1+9:eyebrows: ..hahah not http://www.trikotkoffer.de/Trikotbilder/Vereine Italien/Inter/interzamoranoback.jpg
He should wear a number 20 shirt just like ale's fist days .
Palla has #20...

Boumsong has #18...

:)
He could be our new #11. I think that'd suit him greatly.
