Funny how even if he dont play he gets the call for the Under-21 NT...

Ranieri will not use him, thats the facts, you can say that he is sticking with the old guard, you can say that he is the replacement for Nedved, you can say that he is the replacemet for Del Piero, you can say that Ranieri is "wating for him to develop more", you can say that he "will get his chance" but the fact and the reality is that he doesnt enter in Ranieri's tactics.

What gets in my nerves is that Ranieri dont have the balls to admit that Giovinco will not get real chances, he will say excuse after excuse, just be a man and say that he dont fit in your system, at least the fans will know what to hope for.

And just to be clear, I dont see Giovinco as the next Maradona, or the next Del Piero and I dont want to see Giovinco playing all the time... all Im asking, and I believe Im not the onlyone, is that he gets a chance, that he gets more playing time, in the last couple of games it didnt hurt to trough him on the field with at least 20 min to play, if Giovinco were giving a chance to "grow" in the team slowly, then I would have any problem, but you can clearly see that Marchisio and De Ceglie are having more chances that Giovinco when suppously the last is more talented than the first two.

I can understand that Ranieri wants to stick with the players that have been giving good results to the team, but putting Giovinco on a game that you are winning 2-0 in the mid of second half is not going to hurt anybody, it can help to rest player for the next game, its actually going to help Giovinco and Juventus in long road.

I still think loaning him for another season would do him good. The games in which he played we were ironically in a so called slump of form. We got his contract signed so loaning him out without the risk of selling him im up for, even though i cant wait to see him playing regularly.

Giovinco: I play little but Ranieri is right

Sebastian Giovinco reacted to the first difficult moment of his career as every young person should do, wthout raising unnecessary fuss, but with reason and self-criticism. With that bit of discomfort only natural, not bad at all. The day after the victory of Juventus against Genoa, the Formica Atomica spoke of his situation, in all sincerity:

"Yes, I expected to play a little more, but Ranieri's choices should be accepted and ultimately he was right, as Juventus is back to the top of the league. How am I coping? If I hadn't got a little angry inside, it would be a problem ...".

"At first I started well but the team was unlucky. I don't think my exclusion was because of the Palermo loss because we all went wrong. However, I will not find excuses because I will only have to do better."

""I am just thinking about the team and I don't know what the club wants to do (about the loan)."

"I am very happy. The difficult time is behind us and the secret of Juve in recent weeks has been the strength of the group. Tiago is important and obviously Del Piero, whom I follow as a teacher."

"With Alex, there is no rivalry and he will continue for many years. What Del Piero is doing is difficult to imitate, but I will try to approach, continuing to watch him in training and to follow his example outside the field. "

I never talked about the Scudetto. I only said we should improve compared to last year.)

Ranieri: I never talked about the Scudetto. Giovinco is not Del Piero, he should grow.

"Giovinco? He's a boy with great potential but he's not Del Piero. He's a boy who should grow, make mistakes and get into Juve. We don't load responsibility on him."

Giovinco is not a boy, Ranieri. He's friggin' almost 22 years old.

I feel like insulting Ranieri right now but I have too many points, so I will not.

I just cannot stand the man and can't wait until he leaves the club.

what if he doesnt leave the club?? what if for the first time in his career he wins a trophy?? what if....

I dont understand CR...he says he doesnt want to load pressure on him, so how would giving him at least 45 mins a game when we are winning put pressure on him? f*ck, he is young still but by no means a kid. Honestly, i bet he feels 10 times the pressure when he is asked to come on with 10 mins left in the game and expected to blow our minds, he needs more time. I bet he feels like CR expects him to work miracles in that short amount of time and to me thats not at all fair for a younger player trying to develop into what many think he is capable of.

I cant fucking understand why is Ranieri making so much fuss about Gio!! I mean, here is Wenger who is bringing 4-5 new youngsters in the team every season and Juventus/Ranieri is making a problem about ONE youngster playing!! I mean really, will there be a big change in Juventus if Gio is given more playing time? And im not talking about 60-70 minutes, im talking about subing Nedved around the 70-th minute and putting Gio in!! With the way Ranieri treats Gio it turns out that if Gio is put earlier in the game there is a big risk of juventus loosing that game (which i personaly think is bullshit)!! I like Gio and i like his personality and that is why i hate seing him warming the bench every game(even when we are leading 3-0)!! Gio should be loaned or even sold cause he deserves better!!

the difference is, that no one seems to care if arsenal does win a title or something so the pressure on wenger is not really comparable to the pressure of the fans and media on ranieri...

i agree though that gio should get more playing time, but i will not cry like a little kid, because i am pretty sure that giovinco will get his chances ...

if ranieri does field tiago after tens of lame performances he will surely field giovinco not only once or twice this season ... the coppa could be the starter for all that. perhaps ranieri tries giovinco there and will see how he adapts. there are so many games to play still...
