The problem with him now is that when he comes on as a sub he is making no impact. He has to do that, his attributes suit stretching defences late on, but he just fucks everything up. His decision making is pretty poor, and he is panicking in situations.

May be timing is a bit poor but I don't see much wrong with decision making. His shooting technique however is poor, he always takes the shot half a second too late or when out of reach, dead ball situations being his exception.
