Regarding the bolded part: I'm starting to feel a little bad that you can't seem to grasp that Conte has obviously directed Giovinco to shoot the ball at will, at virtually every opportunity. Look at how he's being fielded, ffs.

It's like people asking "why does Bonucci keep trying all those long balls?" Seriously. You think these guys just continually disobey the manager's directions, yet continue to get consistent minutes? Or do you think Conte isn't aware of what's going on? Maybe he's too far away from the pitch to see what's happening out there?

remember that i said that after gio destroyed our chances in cl. we are almost sure of going out with that result, and i blame gio for not doing his job, and wasting too many chances.

That said, I think we're due for a couple of tactical adjustments, starting with the way this player is fielded. To a point, it's like when Claudio was being fielded at LM; he can do a job, but ultimately you're not going to be taking advantage of the player's strengths, and it's disappointing.

Nope.

Chelsea are going down hard, we'll go through.

Maybe, maybe not. The defender of Nordsjealland though, Okore, hailed the Gio-Matri partnership and said they played really well and that they were much harder to defend against than Chelsea.

As I said, I don't think its that bad at all. I think Conte liked the performance except for all the misses. We owned that team and should have scored a few more on them.
Ironic Okore felt that, given that neither Gio or Matri put one in the net. And Chelsea put three. All this means nothing if we aren't effective. It's just how the cookie crumbles.

30 shots on goal, and nit being able to close a game shows that we've got an issue. One, that we have created for ourselves.

We'll beat the Danes and Chelsea at home and draw away in Donetsk, which will probably be enough (9 points).
thats 10p, but its unlikly that we will get those results. even so chelsea might have 10p too, if they beat shaktar at home. Do you know if its decided on goal difference or how its decided who get through?

it's all in our hands yet. Beat Chelsea and suddenly they have to win both their games.
the problem is also that chelsea will know what result they need in turin. bc they play shaktar first. if they win that game, things will get real difficult for us.
