He proved doubters wrong again. He'll never be Del Piero but he's decent squad player. He runs a lot, has decent technique and he's fast. He helped in defense yesterday and scored a goal. Good performance from him.

Oh and he's our top scorer in Serie A, still :p

no he didn't  he is already as expected to somewhat shine in games like that when he came as a sub in an already won game with plenty of open spaces just as buffon is expected to be our #1 keeper... that means little to nothing.

the midget is totally unimpressive against decent teams we have played so far.

3 fluke goals against teams that already lost, is not going to prove anything to his doubters.

All 3 were very good calls against supposedly good opposition (Udine and Roma) but yes they were scored after the game was won.

Irrelevant. Criscito is also a Bianconero by blood and all that hogwash.

Assessing his performance is not "hating".
I'm not disagreeing with that. Yes I admit, I'm a Gio "Fanboy" (for lack of a better term lol ) - but credit where credit is due.

He seems lost in this Juve squad, and is more of an impact as a sub, than as a starter.
I'll still give him time to gel in to this squad. He'll do well, I am confident he will be a hero for this club. Not of epic proportions, but still

Let's take it easy in this thread now :p

Anyway, he's obviously very far away from his normal standard and needs to play a whole lot better to be near the player he was at Parma. But still with all the shit we've given him he's still actually our leading goalscorer in Serie A.

Hopefully he'll be fine.
