In the first instance, it is strictly in violation of the rules to encourage your users to click on the ads. Advertisers are paying you a certain amount per click, the fee for that click is fixed but they expect certain sales to come from that. If your site has 10,000 clicks/sale that means the clicks are atrificially high and your site will be kicked out of the ad network.
