Hello. Hallo. Beinvenue.

It has come not only to mine but to everyones attention that this website, Juventuz.com will be sold off, and if no buyers are found, shut down.

I, like most people here, do NOT want to see this website shut down. It is in my opinion, the best forum on the internet. It would be a tragic thing if it was to close.

However, YOU can save the website. WE can save this website.

This is not a scam or a joke. Fabiana and Myself have started a movement. A movement to save our website!

However, this is unfortnately not free. If you love the website as much as we do, please donate a small fee. Our aim is to amount a sum of money and buy the website ourselves- afterall, let the Juventuz people own Juventuz right?

So this is basically asking you, to donate to save the website. It isnt for free, but the best things in life arent.

The good news is that you can be a part of it.

If you want to see a funny thing happen at juventuz, for example someone posting their picture, make a wishlist!

For example, ' I will pay 5$ to see Burke's picture'.

Be creative. Ask wacky things. Ask anything!

Donating will also earn you your very own customised avatar, and you can also show yourself off by donating, and having the signature: I donated .

Anyway, i personally will start off this pledge.

I will pay 20 euros to the pledge find out who the identity behind Alex_Samatar is!!!

Please, PM myself or Fabi if you are Alex_Samatar. You can also add more to my wish to really add pressure to this person to come forward!

Who is gonna pay the server fees every month.. or you gonna ask for donations every month?

Surely if someone donates.. they should have a say in how the forum is run... not jus an avatar or title?

Agree with Shadowfax, really need someone to run this site when it happens. Established long timers who are gonna stick around and who can actually pull it off.

Graham? Shadowfax himself? Maybe a group of long timers.

That said, if someone wanted to buy the site outright I know a host that might sponsor the hosting. They sponsor ALOT of sites. If someone secured that the site wouldn't cost anything to run.

We are currently accepting suggestions on what to do. The deadline Martin put is quickly approaching and we have to do something to save the site. Maybe with some of the money we raise we'll be able to mantain the site until a solution is found

From what i gather martin wants a plan... not just the cash

Layout your ideas and im sure people will help... but at the moment your offering nothing.

Dont get me wrong... im not trying todo you down or discourage you... you jus need to show us a plan rather than jus outright asking for money

Paul is right, this isn't going to work if people don't understand what they're getting in to. We would have to raise perhaps thousands of dollars to buy the site, and that is not including the server fees. We need someone who has the money, time, and a background in website building to buy the site outright.

I would hate to see this site go down because it's one of my only connections to Europe on a daily basis, and of course being in the US not too many people here even know who Juventus is....how am I supposed to talk about my club? It would be a real shame.

Hopefully someone here will decide to buy the site because I don't see anybody else doing it.
