I have a friend who works for an IT company and therefore if I can get her to host it might be cheaper (another website of mine is under her and its extremely cheap), so if I can get it cheaper I'll be very honest I dont mind buying the website just to save the forum. However if I do I dont want to manage or run it, Im just buying it for the sake of the forum and its members, thats why I never told Martin Im interested in buying it. This is no joke.

Someone said 2k USD? I doubt it would cost that much, but it would be nice if someone gave us an idea so id know if i can volunteer myself to buy out Juventuz.

PS: Man, that made me feel rich and famous. :D

Baggio of course it would. That's nothing. Though Martin might not be in it for the cash, he could easily find a buyer to pay atleast 1k.

Interesting. If I knew anything about website management perhaps I would make a bid because the price isn't nearly as high as expected. But I really have no idea what I'd be doing.

You could make a killing of this site if you opened a trading account somewhere and started selling Juventus jerseys for alot cheaper than juventus.com :D

$100USD!

Fvcking hell this site is worth 10 times that :D

Seriously 100usd is rediculous.
Martin's said from the beginning that his primary concern hasn't been making money from the sale, but giving it into the hands of someone who genuinely cares about the future of the site.

Though I must agree it's pittance compared to how much he put into it

I honestly think we have enough people here who'd care enough to pay to keep this place running (myself included) and now that we know money is hardly an issue I guess it's up to the few people here with web running experience to generously volunteer their time.

P.S. I honestly think that if integrity was the only problem,IMO we've got nothing to worry about in the safe hands of Greg and Graham.
