A strike force composed of Tevez, Llorrente, Morata and Eto'o with Giovinco as the wildcard between the wing and ss would've never been my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice but I can see us reaching the champions league semi finals with it....possibly further.

Its an interesting mix of youth, peak and past it quality players...(and as for Giovinco, those who haven't yet lived up to their potential)\

I'm sure you've all heard it before but this could be Gio's breakthrough year if he is started as a trequartista

I said as much last season, but it's really not ideal.

We can't have it both ways. I could understand the Morata+Iturbe for Sanchez argument to an extent, but not for four players who cover various roles.

Using a small squad is nice with no injuries. We have been lucky in this respect, the second that stops being the case for any of those teams they are going to struggle.

    Beppe mentioned him during Pereyra's press conference but didn't want to say much. Just that he is looking for another forward.
