To be honest, real communism as imagined and as planned by Marx is a very good system, much more humane than the west. Just because the Western media brainwashed people into thinking communism is the devil's work doesnt mean it's true. However, none of the so called communist countries were really communist, as imagined by Marx. They were socialist countries, that didnt fully comply with Marx' theories and rules, shall we call them.
So yes, as an idea and as intended by Marxist sociologists, I do support communism and see it as a better option than the current capitalsit system.
However, because of the very nature of man to strive for personal achievements and materialistic accumulation real communism will never be able to exist. And as bad as people think of, say Fidel Castro, let me ask you which country has the best healthcare and education system in Central and South America?

I didnt say Cuba was the perfect country, nor that it had the perfect version of communism.
I merely stated that they have good healthcare and education, probably better than in the US. Not perhaps by the technology or by the expertise of the doctors, but by the availability. The basis of communism is free healthcare and education for everyone, opposed to the US for example, where you might as well die if you dont have the money to pay your medical bills. Now, you tell me which is more humane?

I live in Sweden and I know what you mean. I still agree that it is the best system.
After working for one year only in Sweden you can even sit at home anf get a salary from the government.
You know that Sweden takes refugees? They do and these get paid welfare from the moment they are admitted in the country, I think this is even worse than lazy people who get medication.
Unfortunately these people exist and you cannot just leave them, it is not fair, I agree, but it works better than not having it.
