These 3 clowns and their unibrow boss are absolutely equally as culpable for the mess that we are in as Allegri. Their dealings over the last few months have been criminal. Not addressing the WB areas, leaving us shockingly exposed in the CM area, no cover on the wings and injected 0 creativity onto the squad.

Yup I said it at the end of the window I rated it as one of the worst but at the same time Cherubini has been asked to deliver the players allegri wanted, he got them, is cherubini to blame? not really he's been given a remit by his seniors which as far as he's concerned he has fulfilled.
Keeping dybala and de ligt doesn't solve anything, not when we have a manager without identity, likewise without identity who is our sporting director meant to sign?
I look at Paratici now who I've always defended, he knows what Conte wants because he has an identity of what his teams are about, and its fair to say Paratici has delivered for spurs so far. We could have the best sporting director in the world for all I care, he'd still fail as long as allegri is in charge because he has 0 identity and 0 vision when it comes to rebuilding a team.

Dybala and De Ligt were not working here either. I agree on paper we let go of star players but these star players were not working for us for a variety of reasons be it our coaching, injuries, other players etc..
This is not the same as selling Pogba and Vidal or even Ronaldo to balance books. These three were effective here and we missed their impact subsequently.
But Dybala, De Ligt, Kulu, Benta didn’t have star player impact for years and their star replacements are struggling to have impact just as much because the team is broken

De Ligt was our best defender, he had a few bad performances mainly due to handballs but really he was a quality player. I’m definitely not against selling him, but when we sell him for 70m we need to be replacing him with 2 CB’s, particularly when your back ups are Rugani and a player who has only ever played in serie b…
Dybala had some phenomenal seasons here, he carried us for a number of years. Yes he had physical issues but our whole team has those. Regardless he had quality - we need more players with quality not less. Particularly when we have a manager with no attacking game plan

Hard to say who is better or worse as everything Juve touches turns to shit at the moment (and for ~3 years now). We'll only find out if Juve recovers or after they leave.

De Ligt had more than just a few bad performances. Defense has been utter shit ever since he joined. I am not saying its his fault, defending has to happen as a cohesive unit and is very tied to the midfield's performance as well, so its hard to say its just him. The defense is as strong as the weakest link and then everyone looks bad. Having said that, there's definitely a huge question mark over his quality because he did not thrive in his national team either the last few years. Cant really say he has been our best defender and thats considering the other defenders are Danilo as CB, Bonucci (not the Italy version), a constantly injured Chiellini, Rugani and the likes.
Dyabal had good seasons but these were from a long time ago. Time will tell if he truly was finished or not.
Overall agree with you that adding more talent is better than replacing one with the other but there are financial constraints.

Allegri has no idea about the team's problem, not to mention the solutions. He is waiting for the injuries by doing nothing else. So I don't expect any improvement in the following few months. We can clearly see the frustration from Dusan and Di Maria, from the talk about the substitution of Milik last match to the red card in this match. Di Maria apparently doesn't like the shit style. And I don't know how Fagioli is worst than Mekenney.

It is not about the financial problem. It is all about team management. Arrivabene will definitely ruin the club, just like he did before in F1.
