@Kopanja if the worst happens just do whatever it takes to survive, that's what matters the most.

Edit: though most likely there won't be any battle.
Agreed that's actually the best advice you can give him. Call volga and surrender you will be treated well and most importantly you won't lose your life for zeleboba and Co whose own kids are in Europe while ordinary Ukranians are kidnapped and shipped to the front.

Would you be willing to fly to Ukraine to sign up with their foreign legion? The way you take this to heart gives me the impression you would. If that's the case why not join? The pay is good too and you can even get their citizenship and find new opportunities in a "democratic" country. Nothing personal just wondering. The same applies yo elvin who clearly hates Russia like he would hate his step daddy. The number of Azerbaijani soliders of fortune in Ukraine is pretty high why not fly over and give it to putin. At least you won't be just sitting behind a computer screen venting like nafo :)))

I could ask you too, why don't you for the virtuous and just Russia that you love so much in a war of aggression? Wouldn't you like to be a martyr to your son for such a wonderful cause?

What is it that you take issue with exactly? That I think it's disgusting that Russia invaded a country that poses no threat to it? Or that I find it upsetting that people I know personally are strongly affected by some imperialist bullshit? Wouldn't you?

Who knows, hopefully it doesn't come to that and this comes to an end soon enough and non of us here needs to be in the front

You know, Ukraine's history of war crimes or Zelensky cheering for a Nazi war criminal is pretty disgusting too.

I'm already registered as a reserve in Russia, which means I can get called up to serve if the need for that should be required. I live in Russia and travel back and forth like normal people without any issues or fear. I hope that answers your question. As for the country that poses no threat.... I won't go down that road you can feel free to believe Russia woke up one day and decided to invade poor Ukraine for laughs and giggles, or you can do some research and figure it out yourself self the number of specialists is long and you will find something enlightening.

I have no issue with you whatsoever, I admire your empathy for people who are being on the receiving end of aggression, by a bigger country. probably the same way you felt empathy for the millions of iraqi's in 2003 who probably posed no threat whatsoever to your Country. or those lovely Iraqis who were stripped naked in Abu Garib as part of those lovely Western values of human rights and democracy ;)

anyway, I felt the need to comment on the original post which was advising the member in Kharkov because it is indeed important he doesn't risk his life when finally people within Ukraine are waking up and understanding what is going on. I guess finally they understand that their elites had a chance to end this in April 2022 but decided to continue fighting and the result is many people perished unnecessarily.

and on that, rather sad note Bisco aka moskal aka Orc is out, fuck Russia and jump all you want.. ;)

It doesn't really.

That's what seemed to happen in 2014.
- nazis
- NATO
- missile defense systems
- Ukraine should be controlled by Russia because otherwise it hurts their feelings or some equivalent bullshit

When the supposed rational keeps changing, that's a good sign that it's nonsensical horseshit. Russia is a nuclear-armed power, there is literally no nation on Earth that will ever invade them because of this and we all know it.

 you really picked probably the most unpopular war in American history and thought I would support it :lion:

So according to you, what is the reason Russia started the invasion?

I heard that over the past weeks Russia lost almost 1000 soldiers per day, but they won terrain.

Overal the analysts I listened to were pessimistic for Ukraine. They even said that behind the scene’s the experts are thinking about the ‘what if’ scenarios if Russia wins.

How is a politician that is largely considered a comical relief and his actions from 9 years ago relevant to Zelensky cheering to a Nazi criminal?

How is it relevant to Ukraine committing one of the most disgusting atrocities of the II World War?

How is it relevant to a Ukraine immigrant murdering homeless people in Warsaw?

I understand that we differ greatly when it comes to politics but the thing is that I (and a lot of people in Poland) condemn Russias action at this moment.
Yet at the same time the way that Ukrainians act in Poland is worrying to say the least and that is a major euphemism.

The second and third question I made can be considered as hyperbole yet we still have the president of Ukraine cheering for a Nazi criminal.
There is no going around that - and with Wolyn, UPA and Bandera crimes it paints a painting dripping in blood.
