the thing is they can, the whole invasion is messed up , it seems that some kind of sabotage is taking place within Russia itself - they had 8 years to prepare, they've started with bombings of ukrainians bases, then what? They were unable to do shit, they've lost thousands of soldiers, hundreds of tanks, trucks, helicopters, nothing makes sense to me
This is map of main ukrainian roads - if you have to conquer Kiev, why the fuck would you even try to go to Mariupol? THERE IS NOTHING THERE. Why you dont move all your tanks and troops from Lugansk and Donetsk to Kharkiv and then Poltava and then Kiev? and also part of the army was coming from Belarus, you can go straight to Kiev from there. Now Russian army is completely lost, they don't know what to do, its feels like Putin was really manipulated into thinking that Russian people of Ukraine are going to welcome russian army and let them go to Kiev in 2-3 days
Unless Russia expects a big scare war so they are securing the sea.

For some reason I doubt there's a mistake there. Something big is surely going on.

Yeah, it's vital, it's vital to massacre tens of thousands of civilians. Otherwise, there is no vitality in Marik.
Excatly, this whole invasion doesn't make ANY sense - move in troops from Crimea and Donetsk to Mariupol, conquer city and then you'll have a connection between DNR and Crimea, but instead they are moving tanks and troops in all directions

At the moment, yeah, I agree. I was thinking if this turns into a huge scare war. If so, they were preparing for it right from the beginning by taking the sea.
Dude, take a look at the map where Mariupol is. You might notice that it's in the Azov Sea, and who do you think controls exit from it?
There is no military vitality in Mariupol, especially for such an inhumane massacre. There is no need to justify everything, sometimes war crimes are just war crimes.

They've brought troops from the north of Kyiv from the territory of Belarus to control that area, then it would be more logical to send troops from Crimea to seize the land road from Crimea to Mariupol and from Donetsk to Mariupol, unite all the troops and move to Kharkov, and from there to Kyiv to take the whole city into the ring. Why would they go after Kherson, Odessa, Nikolayev, to me it doesn't make any sense

Or maybe these imbeciles wanted to cut off odessa and go in Pridnestrovie ?? Jesus christ
I completely forgot about that shithole named Pridnestrovie
Yeah it definitely makes sense to cut off Odessa and left it alone outside of other parts of Ukraine so they will surrender sooner than later

In 2014 The Polish Foreign Ministry received an official letter from the State Duma of Russia proposing the division of the territory of Ukraine. This information was received by the journalists of Vedomosti TVP1., like i've said it was all planned loooooong time ago, but then they didn't know that Lukashenko will let to use his country

Fake news. If you squint hard enough you’ll see NATO watermark on that letter.
