Well, they did sign all those declarations in support for territorial integrity of Ukraine. You can hear the politician from the ruling party (somewhere around 3:25) saying: "Serbia respects territorial integrity of Ukraine and that is our stance".
This won't go well in Russia, so why is he saying this? If you are from Kosovo, you know exactly why is he saying it. But this being Serbia's stance shows that they are looking after their own interest, even if it's not Russia's interest.
From what I read they voted only 3 out of 13 resulutions against Russia.

And I was referring to the videos of pro-Russian protests, only country in Europe or the world as far as I know.

Anyway done for now.

Because west fucked us throughout the history. Russia were always our allies and brothers. It has nothing to do with Putin, but Russia.

:lol2: 99% of your posts in this thread are Serbia related, I love it.
West fucked you indeed, that's why Serbia was the chain reaction that started WW1.

Probably would've happened sooner or later anyway though.

I thought that was @Turk_Bianconero and his Ottoman ancestors.

On a more serious note, this tribalistic and nationalistic attitude is why the world is so fucked right now. Atrocities should always be condemned, even if they come from your own country or its allies. Look at @Juventino[RUS] or @Alex-444, they are more angry and embarrassed at their own country than any of us here, because they are decent human beings. Sadly, that can't be said for everyone commenting on this thread.

I thought it @Turk_Bianconero 's Ottoman ancestors who did that.

A lot of people support Russia here. Putin might leave some day, whichever way, but our people will support Russia after (we didn't support Stalin lol). During the 90s when we had sanctions we had their help I think the only help too. And throughout the history there was always that connection. As for atrocities, people here don't support war and those killings. Not giving sanctions to Russia doesn't mean supporting war, that's pure BS, it was for our ally interest and economic one. Plus, not to mention our tiny economy which wouldn't result much. I've seen some videos of Ukranian people coming here escaping from the war and they are welcomed as our official stance.

@GordoDeCentral I know you speak dozens of languages but I can't remember if German is one of them. @DAiDEViL I don't even know who the guy is tbh.

Anyway, I don't want to turn this into a Balkan topic. I think discussion should stay primarily related to current events.

Gregor Gysi, last party leader of the SED back in east germany. Should give an idea in which direction he's leaning.
