Still trending poorly. Very concerned here.

We have an insane person who is isolated and on a rampage who was crazy enough to invade Ukraine in an effort that isn't going according to plan. His staff looks increasingly agitated.

My point is you are bunch of hypocrites just spewing out bullshit when it suits you.
    What a twit. Lol

Bank runs in Russia - Putin is literally going to make his people starve to death.

    Just like Stalin did.

But US-NATO are the real evil, you hypocrite. Putin is an angel compared to NATO satanists. I thought you knew this.

I keep looking at faces of those generals and I see discomfort, maybe even disdain toward Putler. I feel if this goes on longer, he could be in danger of being eliminated by the people close to him. They might decide the old guy lost his plot, we arent going down with him...
It's definitely a possibility. Some dude was also speculating the oligarchs and "more sane' leaders of Russia are letting Putin go through with it while hijacking some of their battle tactics, leading to failure so they can finally get rid of insane Putin. Who knows if that's true or not, but I can't imagine everyone is happy about this, especially seeing as many of their investments and shit are basically zero now.

As if anyone here was cheering when that country that starts with an I and ends in a whatever was invaded.

For the record, I think any war is bad, but Ukraine is different because it is a democratic state being invaded by a totalitarian one in a geopolitical important area.
putin is just trying to take out the very nazi (and a bit jew) president of ukraine for the sake of humanity, and ready to use nuclear power. you can't expect him to stop, he loves humanity too much.

i bet putin apologists would even give putin a free pass for the use of nuclear weapons because hiroshima. the west did this!

Putin also managed to breathe new life into a fractured and fraying NATO, reenergize a complacent EU with regards to security and defence spending, and almost entirely remove all focus from mass civil unrest in western nations over the past two years. All for what? A delusional dream of a new USSR? His Oligarchs gotta be furious about some of this.

    Yup. He's drowning in L's.

But that's the scary thing about the nuclear threat. Surely he expected some of these outcomes, so I still don't see what the endgame is.

This JuveMkd clown definitely would. I love these Putin apologists pretending people, including everyone posting here, haven’t been shitting on the US for years over all their meddling in the Middle East and Central America post-WWII. I’ve made multiple big posts about the shit America did in the 50s -70s overthrowing fledgling democracies to install favourable authoritarian regimes and the havoc it has wreaked in those regions since.

But these twits can’t comprehend that right now the focus is rightly upon condemning and dealing with what Russia is doing under Putin. An authoritarian regime invading a sovereign democratic neighbour in 2022. Instead we get pointless drivel about how the US did this or that, as though that’s the important thing to focus on right now, or nonsense blaming rhe US-NATO for causing this war by supporting Ukraine being a free democratic nation lol

That Russian state TV quote you posted is a scary one. Talking about how their submarines can just destroy the western world, and finishing with why would Russia care about a world without Russia in it…. Holy insane rhetoric. Kim jong-il level rhetoric but from a nuclear super power. Insanity.

I don't understand. With Russia being suffocated by all these sanctions, surely Putin had envisaged this scenario for years? Does he have a fallback plan that we're unaware of? I can't imagine that he didn't see this coming
