Reclaiming of natural resources (African nations started cutting ties and kicking out its old colonial masters) , nations building up its own labour force, more expertize in different sectors (no need for them to rely on the West) the Forming of BRICS, nations such as India becoming main leader of IT and software manufacturing etc . There is a lot to mention here

Anyways, The latest reports i read are now suggesting that sanctions against China is next on the list of considerations. One can only imagine how much that would destabilize markets worldwide and create more tension in an already unstable world.

All i know is i am rooting for a US president or some sort of shift there to show up that would change focus towards fixing things in America and cleaning up their own backyard before going around the world and spreading their "democracy" .

All of this offcourse doesnt excuse Putin or his dirty war in Ukraine. That is a separate issue (in my mind at least).

When it comes to your question i would say that it is obvious that the US and Victoria Nuland had a lot if involvement and interest in the elections of Ukraine from 2014 and going forward. As described by her in the video i posted earlier , they actively searched for a canditate that was susceptible and in favour of US foreign policy and also doing this while bypassing the EU. I would call that the very definiton of meddling in foreign elections.

Some call this "democracy assistance" and in this case it very well could be , but thinking that this practice troughout history has always been done for higher morals is just naive.

So, what you are saying that the Ukrainians didn't want a pro democracy or pro EU government.
It was the US that made them vote for that, when they could have easily vetoed to stay under the loving heel of mother russia?
