Except that he didn't listen to his staff. Anyone who wasn't a "yes man" he fired. He only wanted people who agreed with him, which alone is bad management at a restaurant, much less as the leader of a country.

It won't. Russia won't execute a nuclear attack, because it will not result in them gaining land. The only possible response the West would have at that point is immediate and utter destruction of Russia. That's the entire problem of nuclear weapons, you can't use them "a little bit".

Russia needs a solid beating like the one Nazi Germany had, a total and utter defeat where they're in no position to bargain. If they really use nuclear weapons on Ukraine then hopefully it will result in a collapse on the inside because the Russian people will rise up, although it's probably unlikely.
