Rules re: insulting loaned/co-owned players (15 Viewers)

Should the forum rules protect loaned/co-owned players from insults?

  • Yes, they belong to Juve whether they currently play for us or not

  • No, if they're not part of our squad, they're not considered Juventus players.

Come on Jack, you can't honestly say that there's no reasonable medium between every post being serious and the forums being polluted with "F@#$ ______" in every second post.

Claiming that it is indeed a FUCK Giovnico every other post should be a statistics you already calculated otherwise I would assume this is how YOU wish to see it instead of what it really is. Anyway, I would like to know when will the new mode is going to be enforced so I know how to react accordingly.

Actually, I really do believe that I've seen a lot more spamming ALL AROUND THE FORUM from the Mod team and the attention whores much more than I've seen Fuck Giovincos in ONLY his thread. It's actually all this silliness and rules enforcement what's making this seems like one big farce, and that's rich coming from you guys, the "grown ups" of this forum.

The Giovinco thread is simply the best example of such stupid, unreasonable behaviour getting out of hand, thus easy to point out. I'm not implying that this is he only thread where this thing happens. But the fact that you're using those other instances to justify your behaviour rather than trying to put an end to it says enough about what you really want to do. It shows how grown up you are. Or should I say, how grown up you aren't.

I'm justifying nothing. It's actually a fact that you're all trying to enforce a rule against "spamming" and "unreasonable posts", and this is exactly what everyone has been seeing lately coming from you, the grown ups.

Should people have done the same with you when you showed how matured you were when you said "Del Piero is leaving! HAHAHAHAHAHA" after Agnelli announced he won't be giving Ale a new contract? No. People realized what an ignorant one you are, and lived with it.

See? You're doing it again. Rather than pointing out these unreasonable spam posts by us and asking us to stop it, you are essentially saying "look, you guys are doing it, so we're gonna do it too".

These rules apply not only to you, but us too. It'll mean we put an end to such spamming ourselves. If you're truly interested in putting an end to it, you wouldn't opposing the rule. But clearly, that's not what you wanna do.

First of all, you completely misunderstood the point of that post. It was a response to Rab for poking his nose into an argument that me and Byrone were having. I wasn't saying that I was happy that this was going to Ale's last season. I was telling Rab to worry about DP and not stay away from our discussion. I admit it was done in poor taste and in the heat of the moment. And I apologized to Rab after that too.

Second, I did not spam the DP thread by posting the same thing over and over again for months. So it doesn't even compare to what you people are doing in the Giovinco thread.

You're completely missing the point. This is not about Giovinco. This is about unreasonable spamming. I would've done the same if it happened in any other player thread.

its an internet forum. for CRYING OUT LOUD.
And that's reason enough for such stupid behaviour? Please!

All the causes mentioned by those trolls are stupid and baseless. It stems from personal bias and hatred rather than a genuine reason. If I look back enough, I can find a justifiable reason to insult DP once his contract expires and he joins another club. It'll mean you lot will need to shut up while I insult him. You think any of this makes sense?

Please. Let's just end this stupid debate.

Ask you to stop it? I'm a member here. I couldn't give a serious shit about what you post and how you post it, unless you'll do the same with me. Oh, and the hypocrite that you are, you're telling me that you don't think I want to put an end to this, and here you are, creating this mega farce which is truly much bigger than what some of us were doing in Giovinco's thread.

I respect how consistent you are with your hypocrisy though, all around these years.

Poor taste or not, it was something that only few people can do, and you have the pleasure to be part of those few people. Consider that a personal accomplishment. It's obvious that you would think what you did is not worse than simply stating Fuck Giovinco.

I'm done with this. Once you grown ups decide how you're going to deal with this situation, make it official for everyone to see.

@Marty; should add a plugin so that every post on Tuz is forwarded to Sheik and only shows up after he approves it.

it's all about quality control after all.
