The usual thing I suppose, ie performance related, future potential value based on expected successful development at Juve from 8/16.
The size of the bonus figure for such a young player tends to suggest that Juventus management have this guy in v. high regard and once he arrives in Turin in July in just under 6 months I'm sure he will not be loaned out to another club, I see him as someone who will be a regular in the 17 named in the squad wef 10/16.
Irrespective of waht happens trophy wise between now and the end of the season, there is likely to be a severe pruning of the midfield as we continue to consolidate the strength of our squad.
The current squad is easily good enough with loads of depth in quality to finish in the top three in Serie A, but to take us to the next level in terms of European success there will have to be three landmark signings ( if Pogba leaves) and 4 if Morata leaves in the Summer.
The defence, especially needs to be focused on by the club with Buffon, Barzagli and Chiellini reaching the ends of their Juve careers in the next 12/30 months.

BS move imo, chances are that we will never get to see him play with us and if we will, it will be after a long streak of loans with the right to buy for a ridiculus ammount and then rebought for triple that ammount.
We will loan him left and right for the next years until one of those teams buys him from us for 3-5mil and when he will reach Zaza's age and will be good for depth, they will ask us +15mil to give him back.
This is our typical talent behavior/managing under Marotta.
Whats worse is that we should widen our talent search in a broader area, as we are only buying/scouting for CMs, Lemina, Maronne and Sturaro are of similar age, promise and role, its very unwise that we dont secure such talents in any other spot and we only buy CMs, some of them are bound to be wasted...

Lemina will be Marchisios backup as soon as he returns. He was the only guy that really showed anything earlier in the year and his buy option is relatively cheap. He's not going anywhere. Mandragora will probably get loaned out although he could stick around if Hernanes is sold. Padoins contract is up as well.
