I heard about that. Poor Arsenal fans think that Arsene is trying to convince RVP to stay by buying or trying to buy quality players.
i doubt that arsene will pay 16m for a bench player. if RvP and Giroud are to play together they have to play with two guys up front, so that would mean changing their entire system of play.

will you guys be okay with rvp wearing the number 10?

will he demand it?
I would be OK with putting the #10 jersey on him, soaking him in gasoline, setting him on fire, and putting it out with my bladder after drinking a case of Coors Light beer.

But only after he's turned to ashes first.

Of course every team of the world would love to have Van Persie. But at what cost?

I've read that it should be around 30M. Which is too much for a player nearing the 30s, with a history of injuries and whose contract will finish in 1 yr.

For 25M, at most, it would be worthwhile. But let's not forget that he averages around 25 league games per season in Arsenal - that's not a lot. And Juve isn't the best place for injury-prone players.

My point is: if Juve is willing to offer 25M for RVP, maybe first we could try 30M + Matri for Cavani. 35M + Matri would also be worthwhile, taking into account Cavani's age and good health. Even 40M should be considered. Juve would be buying not only the present, but the future all along. RVP is in his peak form and should have more 2 or 3 WC years ahead of him, while Cavani should have 6 or 7.

Anyway, if Cavani is not available, and we know Higuain isn't, then we should go for 25M RVP. And I think our chance of getting him is really big.

If he can be decisive in all of them or most of them, it will be enough. But I think he's gonna play more games for us, knock on wood.

People said Pirlo would be injured alot as well, look at how that turned out. Conte, Alessio and the physios seem to know what they're doing.

Assuming RvP comes to us, how many of y'all think he will complement Vucinic, rather than overlap with his overall style of play? If you notice RvP's movement in the NT and at the Gooners, you'll find its pretty similar. I said this earlier but I wanted other opinions on this?
