“It’s ridiculous to claim that there could be any kind of jealousy within the ranks,” Quagliarella told Sky Sport Italia.

“If a great player like Van Persie arrives then it is normal that he is given the right contract. In a compact squad like ours, these things don’t affect us at all.”

I think I have some rage against Arsenal deep down. I was in the stands that rainy night when we lost at Highbury in the CL in 2006, you see. I was having problems with my ex girlfriend at the time, too, and we had a bunch of stuff to sort out that was pretty critical at the time. So before I went to London she said: "Seriously, if you go to the game, when we have all this stuff to figure out, I'm leaving. It's either me or the game."
Why didn't she say go to the game cause you enjoy it we will sort out our shit when we come back............ dat women logic:sergio:

Yeeeeees Jeem!! Kick the bitch out!
There are times when one simply must :D

That wasn't one, though :sergio:

However, I was so confident we were gonna win. So confident that I was in total shock at the end of the match. Lol, SKY even zoomed in on my face, because I suppose they found it interesting that someone could look so sad. Friends texted me and told me my mug was all over the screen, so I actually bought that match off of ebay when I came back home. I have it somewhere, and if I find it (and learn how to make an .avi) I can upload a scene from when I was the world's biggest emo for a day. Martin Tyler said "mmmyes, and you can see it in the eyes of the Juventus supporters..they're not happy..." or something :D

So yeah, well, I suppose I have a tendency to spit venom at Arsenal when I have the chance!

lol at the comment. 'NON TI VOGLIAMO!!!!!! DIAMO ALEX E CI PRENDIAMO ST'OLANDESE?!? Ma xfavore!!'
Yeah, I noticed that too. Actually, I don't think it would be very wise of van Persie to take the no. 10 shirt. Imagine how little it would take for the tifosi to start singing "Alessandro Del Piero alé". One game without scoring and they'd be on his back. Not just his, but any striker that would take the no. 10 shirt.

Edit: Not that singing that is a bad thing, but I meant... aimed at him.

:sergio: I thought our fans are more mature than that...

I don't think it's that extreme but it would be more disappointing if the fans started heckling our own players because of a shirt number, and didn't do their best to show encouragement.

They might give it to him for shirt sales, or number 9. Probably better to take number 9 actually.
