No way in hell. Let him rot in Manchester or better yet with any shithole club in Italy. Going from DN to Mancini is believe it or not a step down.
So, going from an old loser that will never win anything in his life to a coach that has won the Scudetto several times and the Coppa Italia several times as well is ... a step down? How the fuck does that even work? He's no Mourinho but he'd be a huge step up.

Mancini never won a Scudetto.

So did they decide to nullify Inter's 3 scudetti from 2005-2008 finally?
I think what he meant is that Mancini never really won a legit scudetto, given that he never really faced competition from a penalised and depleted Milan and Juve during his reign. I'd tend to agree with that Swagster. Although, he's still a better option than Mazzarri, Spalletti and the rest. The only guys I rate on par with him are, Gasperini and Guidolin. The latter according to me is one of the more underrated coaches in an Italian context, at least.

Too bad no one ever does. In all honesty, our fans don't do shit. They are too fucking passive.

The most noise I heard from them was when we were interested in Stankovic.
And how that ended? Stankovic once again proved how good he is, and how good acquisition he would be

Yeah, I think you forgot your objectivity somewhere. Ok, he didn't win against the strongest versions of Milan and Juve, but he still had a team cranking out results. He also won the Coppa Italia with Lazio 2 times IIRC before, a pretty shitty version of Lazio.

He's still a huge step up from DN and Ranieri.

We will get our Silver Star under him though. Which beats anything we'll win under Del Neri.

Mancini is good, but nowhere near good enough. We need a great coach, someone proven with a winning track record; either that, or someone with massive potential like Deschamps. Otherwise, we are fucked!

Be realistic, we are not getting the best of the best.

Wenger is not leaving Arsenal, Capello has a contract with England, Mourinho is not joining us, Guardiola is not leaving Barca for us. The only real alternatives are DD, Villas Boas, Mancini and Spalleti, all of them winners in some way, and all of them a massive step up from Del Neri and Ranieri.

We should be happy if we get any of them.
