Well, finilly Brescia president, listened to Mazzone and Baggio and took a defender.
The strangest thing is who is this defender...
It's Bilica! Maybe this name will not remind you anything, but this guy was in all the media 4 months, here in Italy, and went also to court 4 saying "I will brake your leg and you will not go to the WC" to Baggio. It happened during a match vs Venezia... and that day was when Baggio injured 4 the first time last year... Actually Roby was not involved in the mess cause he never said nor denyed anything and never said a world about this question, but at the beginning of the match some teammates heard the Brazilian guy saying things like this... than Roby injured totaly alone (his knee did "crack" while he tourned quickly to the referee). Bilica ended in court and the thing was in all the covers 4 long time, also cause it went out that ther's nothing strange 4 a defender to "intimidate" somebody to make him scared of contrast so easyer to press, and that many of them do it.
After this Bilica said sorry to Baggio and to soccer in general thousend of times and that fact could also be the one who made start the "knowlenge" beetwin him and Mazzone, Baggio and Brescia.
Bilica, intervewed today, said that it's a dream come true to play with Baggio, that he did a very bad thing but Roby already forgiven him, cause those are things who can happen during a match and that he will make all the fans forgiving him too, in the field, doing his best and helping Brescia.

from http://www.gazzetta.it/common/popup.jhtml?eomid=3.0.911245212&class=/Calcio/Squadra/Brescia
and http://www.bresciaoggi.it/ultima/oggi/Sport/B.htm

Well that's a wierd story... everything I could imagine, but not that Bilica will become a friend to Roby and go to Brescia... I guess Buddhism have a a really good effect in peaople!

About Guardiola... looks like it almost done, but tomorrow it has to be official, or... by by Pep, cuse the mercato close.
Ther's some rumors also 4 an excange Tare-Sculli with Modena.
I think It will be good 4 Sculli, also if he will not have the place garanee (Toni recovered) to have the oportunity to train with Baggio, he will learn something who can make him improuve seeing him playing and train every day from near.

In the pic. is Bilica... the strangest transfer I could ever imagine!

i was just looking at some pictures of Roby, and i have to say... he looks much better without the pony tail... it makes him look OLDER...
Maybe one day he can shave it off! hehe

Oh yep, I'm agree with you about the ponytail, if I will met him, I will cut it off :D
He looked so mutch better when he had schort hair like in WC 98... but never mind, it's his business, he's a soccer player not an actor, so he can do whatever he want his hair...

According to soccerage, Pep Guardiola is a Brescia player, also if he didn't sign yet, it's done :thumb:

Now Brescia have a very good mieldfield, not only a very good attak, but the defence still sucks...

It's funny to see a team who has Baggio, Guardiola, Appiah and Toni having a defence with just Petruzzi, Dainelli, Martinez and Bilica, who is a useful aquirment, but is not so quality and anycase it's not enought to have just a replacement 4 the defence. Now, 4 example, Petruzzi is injured, so they don't have anybody in the bench... IMO they needed an other defender too, but... now the mercato is closing....

Guardiola.. OFFICIALLY BACK IN BLUE! Best news ive heard all year.

Baggio, Guardiola, Appiah, Seric, Martinez, Bachini, Schopp, Matuzalem, Fillipini... this is a good solid team.

i really dont think u can get much better for a little team like Brescia..

with a team like this i dont see why UEFA CUP is in the expectations!

Don't forget Sculli!!!! This is indeed a great news ... Pep back and ready to play! I can only hope that my TV will show at least one Brescia game till the end of the season :wallbang:

BTW, I like the ponytail  :) It's his mark, without it ... well I don't know, he would look a bit better yeah, but that wouldn't be a true Baggio :)

Wat a great win for Brescia!!!
4-1 away from home..

Brescia played Very well.. Mostly thanks to Baggio who had a great match.

2 assists and 1 nice goal (volley ;) ) for Roby who was voted man of the match, with a rating of 9!

Oh yes what a match 4 Roby! :extatic: And not just the wonderful goal and assist... 90 minutes of magics who made him leave the Garilli with all the Piacenza fans clapping and cearing him, also if he had just put their team in truble. Those things can happen just with Baggio! :extatic:

All the newspapers and website rated him from 8 to 9, this is the translation of ''gazzetta dello sport'' comment: << Baggio -> 8, on Baggio is useless to write, you have to ''leave him'' >>

Here is the link to his goal:
