Kicking the club out wont make a fan learn their lesson. People that throw things do it because they like being a football 'thug'. They think its cool. It will just increase their anger. The only way to solve it is to identify the people, and ban them forever. Like they do in England.

Exactly. Its always the same club(s) that have fan trouble. Something needs to be done, so punish the club as a whole. What are Romanistas gonna do next? Try and smuggle a pipe bomb into Stadio Olimpico?

Or the other thing is to just not punish them at all, and not any club for stuff like this. Maybe that will settle fans down.

Of course that would be the best thing. But look at how different things are in Italy. Someone smuggled in a scooter and threw onto the pitch not too long ago in Italy, in England you get yelled at for standing up. It`s great the way England has tackled their hooligan problem, but a person throwing a lighter in Italy knows that he most of the time will never get caught.

Kicking any club out of the competition isn't the best solution, but they did it once, so I don't understand why they can't do it one more time, when the case is even worse.

Well Italy should deal with their problem then. And you dont get yelled at for standing up . But there is alot of security, you cant take anything into a stadium that you can throw and if you do throw something its possible to be tracked on the cameras.

Yeah, well they did catch the Roma guy, so maybe it`s been improved. Don`t know really, but there´s certainly a noticeable difference between an English and Italian crowd.

Certainly security should be as good as possible(withing certain boundaries of course), I`m with you there. Things like happened in the Roma match shouldn`t happen.
