Renato Veiga's Transfer to Juventus

The deal was closed in the last few hours, with Juventus reaching an agreement with Chelsea. The defender, who has shown excellent quality in his career, arrives on a onerous loan for a figure close to 5 million euros: in addition to his salary, Juventus will therefore pay a sum for his use until the end of the season.

However, there is no right of redemption foreseen, which indicates that the transfer could be a temporary experience to evaluate the player before any future decisions.

I’m content with getting this guy, think he can help us out and will make a good impression here…

On another note i’m not a fan of dry loans at all, don’t understand why we didn’t at least push for an option even if it would be an expensive one, as long as it wasn’t obligation i think we could have worked around it, this way however if he does well here then in the summer Chelsea will just sell to the highest bidder, which most likely won’t be us.

Future will tell. Might lose him without option but the same was said about Conceicao.

From Chelsea's side that would've been dumb 'tho. He had multiple suitors...

At least we've got players in. They may not be the players people wanted but let's face it anyone without short term memory loss will remember many Januarys under previous management that came and went without a single signing when we desperately needed them

Good move. Wouldve been great with an option. My guess is they will buy him if hes good especially with bremer still recovering
But let's not hope he will do too good. We are now responsible for his increase in value.

Who cares. We need help. Let him be the reincarnation of Maldini, please.
