On Monday, Moggi said that the most Mancini would have got for having been sent off on Saturday, would have been a 5.000€ fine, so no ban or anything. In fact:

5.000€ fine and he will be able to be on the bench for the derby. :disagree:

    Dismissed Mancio nets pardon
    Tuesday 6 March, 2007
Inter boss Roberto Mancini will be on the touchline in the derby after escaping a ban for his dismissal last week.

The Nerazzurri tactician was sent off during the match with Livorno on Saturday, but was only handed a warning and a £3,500 fine by the disciplinary commission today.

Chievo boss Luigi Del Neri was instead handed a one-match ban, after seeing red in the fixture with Milan, while Palermo general director Rino Foschi has been banned until April 5.

The Rosanero official was punished for threatening and offending referee Stefano Ayroldi during the break of the Sicilian derby between Messina and Palermo on Sunday.

Palermo will also be without striker Andrea Caracciolo for two matches after he lost his head in the defeat.

The former Brescia marksman was punished for complaining with the referee and pushing him after he was shown a red card just two minutes after stepping on to the field of play.

Two-game ban: Caracciolo (Palermo), Paci (Parma)

One-game ban: Maicon (Inter), Adriano, Loria (Atalanta), Mauri, Mutarelli (Lazio), Budan (Parma), Chivu (Roma), Codrea (Siena), Conti (Cagliari), Franceschini (Torino), Nastase (Ascoli)

Thx for the updates isha00. It sounds like the shareholders lawyer knows his stuff. Hopefully he can do something, even if that just means getting our scudetti back.

Any updates on the Telecom case, or Inter's shady accounting?

nothing yet, they're trying to find something on Juve and get it all out. If they have things only on Inter and Milan it will just disappear.

    Moggi predictions on radio:

Mancini is better at signing contracts than coaching. Moggi thinks Mancini signed his contract right before the important CL game vs Valencia thinking he might lose and Inter wouldn't re-sign him next season. Moggi says it's an amount any coach would dream having.

He also predicted the refs for this weekends games:

Trefoloni for Chievo-Messina, Paparesta for Palermo-Fiorentina and Rossetti for Inter-Milan.

That's what he did when he was at Juve and we got demoted for that and other stupid sh*t. Let's see if he's right. He as been so far in a couple of instances this season.

(Spr)

This summer Moggi's lawyers have argued that, not being Moggi officialy in the Calcio world anymore, the sportive courts were incompetent for his case. They (lawyers) were labelled as stupid.
Yesterday there was Moggi's appeal to Aribtrato Coni, but it was rejected: the arbitrato isn't competent to decide on Moggi, cause he's not part of the calcio world anymore. :wth::disagree:

Too bad that no one notices these things :wallbang:

[Please, consider to donate even only 10€ to the giulemani association. We must help to fight back]
