If we look at Europe this Summer and how the leagues will be doing for the comign season we can See That Spain have gotten the heaviest Reinforcements in
in Getting IN:
Corradi (les che)
Fiore (les che)
Larsson (Barca)
Giuly (Barca)
Samuel

Morientes

Makukula (Sevilla)
losing out:
Cambiasso (Inter)
De Pedro (Rovers)
Davids (80% of leaving Spain)
Which Mean they onn a whole look stronger and without a doubt so far have to be considered the strongest league...
On Second Place I would place England just ahead of Italy because England have had some big spenders while almost no losing any big names from the league.
Coming In
Kezman (Chelsea)
Robben (Chelsea)
Rommedahl (Charlton)
Cisse (Liverpool)
De Pedro (Blackburn)
Heinze (Man Unt)
Chech (Chelsea)
Laursen (Aston Villa)
Losing only:
Van Buyten (Hamburg)
Tarnat (Hannover)
Veron (Inter)
Italy has been strengthing for once with schrewdness and intellegence very few players have been bought outside the Italian market most of them have been signed on Free.
Getting In:
Cambiasso (InteR)
Veron (INter)
Kapo (Juve)
Dhorasso (Milan)
Gonzalez (Palermo)
Burdisso (75% sure)
Wiltord (75% sure)
Losing has been have but repaid:
Corradi (Les Che)
Fiore (Valencia)
Samuel

Laursen (Aston Villa)
The Big Loser with a BIG
L is always the French League when it comes to summer transfers
Only ones coming in so far:
Pieroni (Auxerre)
Cheryou (Marsielle)
Isaksson (Rennes)
Loses have been heavy and great:
Kapo (Juve)
Giuly (Barca)
Makukula (Sevilla)
Morientes
Heinze (Man U)
Delpierre (Stuggart)
Cech (Chelsea)
Cisse (Liverpool)
Dhorasso (Milan)
So at the moment I would consider German league on par with French who have not signed that many big names but not lost any either...
Coming in
Tarnat (Hannover)
Van Buyten (Hamburg)
Delpierre (Stuggart)
Ahmuda (Wolfsburg)
Quiroga (Wolfsburg)
Lost:
Lizzarazu (50%)
I mean on 6th place before Netherlands anyday Is Portugal who so far only have lost very little players...
In:
Giorkas Seitaridis (Porto)
losing:
Paulo Ferreria (Chelsea)
Quiroga (Wolfsburg)
After Portugal and definetley after Portugal comes Holland (I mean just look at the semi final Holland-Portugal more then half of the Portugese starting 11 was playing in the Portugese leauge while only two players in the dutch starting 11 were playing in the Dutch league) And in the QF Holland started the team with only one player (Robben) who was based in the Dutch League, Ajax is not what it once was and Van Der Vaart is not the new Van Basten, He is not better then Robben (My favorite player in Holland). To Add to this The Ervedise are set to lose 5 of their 10 best players this summer. With replacements yet set to arrive from outside Holland.
Coming In:
No ones so far
Losing:
Robben (Chelsea)
Rommedahl (Charlton)
Kezman (Chelsea)
Noords keeper (Torpedo Moscow)
Trabelsi (90% Arsenal)
Zlatan (75%)
