am i the only one that feels its important that we hire a coach that understands this club, much like deschamps did? and not someone like rijkaard that will turn juve into something they are not.
We need a coach who has balls. Our current coach balls have long ago been used for some eggnog.

I do not care. Crisis are normal. You are just blinded by your dislike for Ranieri ever since he came.
Seriously? This is what you come up with? Crisis' are normal?

Crisis' do happen, but this turn of events was certainly preventable.

For the record, I didn't see the game - I 'read the game', as it were. Third one I've missed this year - I had to be at the office because one of my co-workers went on vacation, and I didn't have the flexibility to shift my schedule like I usually do for midweek games... I was so fucking pissed off at work today... I hate following fucking match commentary.

However, I don't think I needed to watch the game to be reminded of the following points, which are currently the bane of Juventus...

1. Ranieri picks a TERRIBLE lineup. What a surprise. In our one, clearly important remaining game, our coach decides to sit our best attacker, our best midfielder, and our best defender - while they're healthy! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? And what kind of coach plays this combination of inexperienced and mediocre defenders in a must win game, when other options are available?

Don't even get me started on Marco "the difference between him and C.Ronaldo is a lack of support" Marchionni.

2. Ranieri makes TERRIBLE substitutions. Fuck me, this is just getting so predictable, and it's beyond ridiculous. We need 3 goals after the half and the coach subs a speedy creative attacker for a 36 year old whose wheels are about to fall off, and Alex for Vincenzo? We need MORE firepower you twat!! If you want to bring in Pavel, play him in the middle, and leave Seba on. If you want to bring in Alex, switch to a formation with a third attacker.

3. Speaking of a third attacker, what the FUCK are we doing playing this 4-4-2 still? Anyone? We have 1 quality wing player (who's always hurt -or suspended- except for today), a little dynamo who's playing out of position - AND THAT'S IT. Meanwhile, we have (4!) outstanding strikers, and our little spitfire wunderkid who has demonstrated that he needs to be played in a forward position; we're not playing to our strengths, because the tinkerman doesn't have the balls to tinker with our formation to suit the available personnel.

4. The coach seems to have lost the team. I think it's pretty clear that the champions don't fully respect him, and they set the tone for this team. We need these seasoned, proven, CHAMPION players to help mould our youngsters into the outstanding players we know they can be. We need Ranieri like we need a fucking hole in our head; we're going nowhere fast with this coach.

There can be no defending the way he uses Giovinco at this point; he's a non-believer, and it shows. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

I don't want to hear the same bullshit about our improvements over last year either. We qualified for CL last year (We haven't even qualified yet this year... although we will). We went out in the first knockout stages this year; that's about what I expected. People who continuously point to our double over Madrid seem to forget Madrid hitting the bar early in Spain, and Alex's wonder strikes in those matches. Not to mention the fact that Real was in BRUTAL form earlier this season. We fucking tied Bate twice, for Chrissakes. What fantastic results those were.

I also don't want to hear that we've improved our position in the league; as of right now, we haven't clinched 2nd, and we're slipping. Plus, the team who finished ahead of us last year is in dire financial straits, had a terrible summer mercato (largely due to finances), and their best player has been hurt all year (while many others have missed huge portions of time). Their payroll is less than half of ours, correct? Are we to forget these factors?

I've heard enough about our injuries for a lifetime. They have been a factor at times, but they certainly cannot be considered decisive, especially right now. Injuries are part of the game. Other teams have had them and survived (Congrats to teams like Arsenal); sometimes shit happens that cannot be controlled. We could have done much better; up for debate, but that's the way I feel.

Anyways, I can't believe I wrote so much - I'll stop now. Sorry guys - I'm sure nobody read all of this anyways. Had to vent... Way too frustrated, angry, and tired, time for sleep.

Fire this fucking coach already.

One mistake though... we didn't have anyone else fit in defence if I remember right... Both Legro n Chiellini were out.. So Ariaudo had to play... and a couple of posts back I saw somebody saying he should have played Molinaro over DC... Thats odd really... When Moli plays he gets fired on, when he doesn't play its the same result... and we created more chances with Nedved on the field than with Gio... I'm not saying the sub was right, just pointing out... and I don't understand why Trezeguet moans about not getting playing time... He was pathetic yesterday... and finally, Tiago played a good match...

Ranieri has to go... for all the reasons Alen mentioned in one of his posts...

The mistake was made in the first leg, after the goal we scored and while we were dominating the game. We could finish them there, with a second goal. We had the momentum, we had the advantage!

But CR ordered our players to fall back... our defense collapsed, the reason Lazio,
was pushed back, was because we were pushing forward.

We have conceded two goals and we were disqualified! Right there!

Without Chiellini and Sissoko, we were bound to concede one more and we should opt for a 3-1 result. But the coward CR would never dare that!!
Who ever thought, we had any chances to qualify was delusional!!
We needed a miracle to qualify...
and as expected, miracles dont come every day...
I was expecting us to abandon the competition, but not like that,
with a hands down defeat in our home and a man down...

CR's excuse to field so many subs was, because this is the mentality in Italy,
never to filed a full squad of starters for the penny cup... and the standard excuse of the countless injuries that haunted us this season...

I was expecting him to come up with some better excuses for losing the only title, we ever had some realistic chances to win, this year.
I was expecting the "there is always next year" loser quote, but CR's quotes were far more provocative than that.

Two more nails to CR's coffin... It is very well known that i am one of his haters/critics, since the day he was announced...
But i have to point out two things;
-There are even worse coaches than CR out there and i dont want us to get to one of them, just for the shake of it!!
-We have many and much more serious issues that threaten our interests.
Our greatest weakness lies in our board and their choices.
A new coach will not magically make all our problems go away. Do not expect any miracles from the ones posted in this poll...
