Yes, it is harder... But in Algeria, people wakes up at noun during the Ramadan which makes it easier. It really is harder when people are doing it in Europe, America, etc. Especially in France, where you do it all the day and where the sunset can sometimes be at 10 PM.

You follow a hour system which I'm unfamiliar with rather than the sighting of the sun.

When I lived in Sweden it was amazing. Sunrise happened around 8:30 am and sunset at 2:30-3pm. It was awesome
