Palladingo :sergio: :wallbang:

We keep being linked with mediocrity every single day. Is this even Juventus anymore? We can't just keep adding players to beef up the squad and add numbers. We need quality, not quantity. Haven't these morons running the club learned anything?! :sigh:

[FONT=Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular]Juventus will meet with Genoa later this week to discuss the prospect of bringing Raffaele Palladino back to Turin.

The 25-year-old joined Genoa on loan from Juventus in 2008 before the two clubs agreed a part-ownership deal.

Juve are eager to give Ciro Ferrara as many options up front as possible and Palladino is a relatively cheap option.

The Bianconeri have been linked with a move for Manchester City's Brazilian fantasista Robinho, but even a loan deal would be outside of the club's current budget.

Tuttosport understands that Roberto Bettega and Alessio Secco are prepared to offer Genoa between €4m and €5m for Palladino plus the other 50 per cent of Domenico Criscito's contract.

Genoa are said to be reluctant to lose the Italy international especially after they sold Sergio Floccari to Lazio earlier this month.

Palladino is also believed to have reservations about returning to Turin where his place in the first team might not be assured.
