Palladino may actually turn into a fine player for another team, but i'm quite positive he'll never be an important part of our team. He's already finding it difficult to find any space this season, imagine how it'll be next season if the much more talented Giovinco comes and if we buy another striker. Even Ranieri's(who was a big fan of Palla) confidence in Palladino seems to have withered, Palladino will not be "Nedved's replacement".

I agree that it may be somewhat of a shame, but Pasqual for Palladino seems like the best deal for all parties involved.

I think Palladino has some potential but I think Ranieri doesn`t know how to play him.

I`m not so sure about Pasqual.Don`t know how would that affect De Ceglie.Even though I think we`ll let him on some co-own deal yet again and stick with Molinaro as sub.

Palladino has never impressed me, not even when played as a striker, but I'm afraid he will turn out to be a great player when he leaves. I'm assuming this just because Wenger is interested in him :p But anyway I would surely trade him for Pasqual, because thats the position we need to strenghten and Pasqual is a very good LB.

You can be the most talented player around, but if you don't have the right mentality to play for a big club, you will never succeed.

Palla is best suited to a team chasing a UEFA Cup spot.....maybe we should offer him to Milan. :D

That’s exactly what I think the problem is this in this situation. He is still a young player who isn't very experienced and not that accustomed to be moved around in different formations. He isn't a jack of all trades like adp or neddo, etc..

Perhaps in a trade it would work out but I would not say that he would never be an important part of our team. If you remember from last season he was somewhat vital when he was on the field for us. Like I stated above that he isn't being utilized properly to the strengths of his talents. And I'm not claiming him to be neddo's outright replacement or anyone's replacement.

Not to change subjects but it all comes back to coaching and talent management, which in our case is graded as poor right now. I do believe that palla could be an important player to our team in the near future, maybe even next year if we bring the right coach in here who knows how to put players in the best position possible to get the most out of them.

I really hope we don't lose palla based on his poor circumstances this season.

They will think out the deal 9 years and bargain for another .. but then they'll definitely snatch him to earn some experience playing with the veterans like Pippo and Clarence :D

I would hate to offload him only to c him flourish. However, under Ranieri, and with another striker seeming a real possibility, he doesn't have much of a future at Juve. We should co-own him somewhere, that way he gets a chance to show his worth, and we have the possibility of buying him back should be do well.
