Palermo demand Palladino in Juventus bid for Amauri
Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri has made Palermo striker Amauri a prime target for the summer market.
"I am a little short in attack," admitted Ranieri after their draw against Catania on Saturday. "Of the three strikers I have available, (Alessandro) Del Piero and David Trezeguet are in the best shape, but I have not forgotten (Vincenzo) Iaquinta."
Ranieri wants Amauri for next season, but Tuttosport says he may have to sacrifice Raffaele Palladino to land the Brazilian. Ranieri sees Palladino as Pavel Nedved's heir, but Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is insisting the youngster be included in any Juve offer for his star man.
