Palladino deserve a new contract. He played very well this season and shown great potential. Palla, Giovinco and Marchisio the future stars of the old lady:).

Add Chiellini, Nocerino and Molinaro to that list also.

As for Palladino, i like his movement on the field. He adds pace, something which the team really lacks when moving forward these days, but he can link up well with players and he has plenty of skill. Once Camo start every game, imagine the linkage between palla, iaquinta and camo when moving forward. It will be great!

Damn! he's joining Milan? :frown:
toni will get along well with ppl of similar age and ability :eyebrows:

all i can say about palla is that he has a long way to go in terms of being leveled alongside ale. there is no way you can compare even at this early stage of his career the impact pallagol makes for juve as ale did as a youngster for us.

The goal was constructed by him.

A nice dribble on Maicon, good cross to Iaquinta and then Camo...

That's the only time he actually went down the wing. Every other time he just cut back inside, it's like he was afraid to take chivu on. Plus he doesn't take on any defensive responsibilities when he plays a wing. He's a forward, not a RM.

Palladino is very talented and has alot to give. I love his style, the only thing he should work on is passing the ball faster and dribble when neccessary, other than that, i'm looking to see a great Palladino in the future.

Alex started as a left sided winger/forward complementing Vialli and Ravenelli in a trident during his very early juve days where he tends to dribbles down from the left towards the center and unleash curlers into corners .. Many of his classic goals are quite similar.

Palla look to me as being quite similar in the attacking process but finishing-wise, he is not at alex's standard, at least not currently... IMO :)

i think there are 2 reason for that...

1 - The players around him, Ale had maginificent support players in that team

2 - Ale was a prodigy :)

Am I really wrong or does he remind anyone else of the great Ravanelli a bit with his movement and turn of pace.

Ravanelli played in almost the same position as well.

Lets hope he keeps his form even though he might not get a lot of starts. The great faith shown to him from Ranieri was very good for his confidence and he repayed him appropriately

I like how Palladino moves, he shows alot of control and patience on his dribbles and thus never loses it so easily. He's poster boy material and a Juve lover. People talk of Giovinco, but I say its Palladino, he'll step in DP's position eventually.

Keep it up!

i dont think he is anywhere near the level that dp was at this age
Ya, Alex was a God comparing to Palladino in age 23. But I don´t mean to discredit Palla here as he is one of the best Juve performers this season. The kid has some awesome skills and he is versatile. He only needs to work on his practicality and strength IMO. Good work, son.
