So Palladino is staying, right?

Did Deschamps name his players for next season offficially or not yet?

When does the market close?

We are still not sure about player that stay or leave. We have to wait until the league start. And i am afraid serie-a will be delayed also.

Medical bulletin, 1st August 2006

After injuring himself in Monday’s practice match, an X-Ray of Raffaele Palladino’s left ankle has shown no bone damage. The diagnosis is a sprain of the left tibiotarsal. A semi-rigid bandage has been applied to the injured area and the player is to refrain from putting any pressure on the ankle for several days. He is expected to resume training with the squad in 20-25 days time.

the worst time to get injured especially for a forward with all the competition for places at the moment.

Blow for the team overall though, we need every player

Palladino meets the fans

Raffaele Palladino needed crutches to reach the Summer Village stage this evening but despite his obvious discomfort, the striker greeted the fans with a smile: “Well, of course it’s an injury that didn’t need to happen – explained the young bianconero – I scored in the process but it was a costly goal. Luckily nothing’s broken though, it could have been worse…”
Raffaele, who suffered the injury to his left ankle in Monday’s practice match against a local representative side, was given a “get well soon” message in person by Pierluigi Casiraghi, new head coach of the Italian Under-21s of which Palladino is a vital part: “He said hello and wished me a speedy recovery. It’s a shame though, as there’s a call-up on the 15th of August which I’ll have to miss. I’ll also have to sit out the Birra Moretti Trophy, which, seeing as it’s being held in Naples, had a special significance for me. Still, as I said before, it could have been worse”. As Raffaele made his way carefully off stage, the fans showed their appreciation, giving him a warm round of applause to wish him well.

I am a bit worried about the rumours to do with Felipe.

Football Italia say that Felipe might come to Juve, if Juve agree to the co-ownership of Masiello and Palladino.

Sorry, but that sounds like a crap deal.

I like this man's attitude. He is a strong character. And if he is willing to go to Serie C with Juve it means he is a true Juventino.

I look forward to seeing him in action on the pitch.
