No I don't actually. It's the stars that bring the interest and money that Juventus needs and teams like Chievo have no chance even if they reach a better stability. Also, it all goes back to the TV revenue thing which the smaller teams make all the money from since Serie A divide the money in a much more fair way than they do over at Spain for example.

But Inter Milan suddnely coming out of nowhere and fighting tooth & nail with us for the scudetto doesn't help us.
It damages us. Not to mention they would even be in a position to fight with us over potential transfer targets.

No it's not. Your big picture is basically an absolute best case scenario for us that ignores all the RISKS involved with our rivals strengthening which at the very, very basic level include us missing out on one of the limited CL spots in our league.
Would I love to be the best team in the best league in the world with billions of dollars in revenue? Sure. But I like where we are right now, building slowly and steadily, owning our own stadium, increasing global appeal (with which winning helps btw). We are already experiencing the benefits of dominating our league: For example, Tevez taking a pay cut and Llorente waiting 6 months to join us.
You, and many others, are caught reminiscing about the past incarnations of the Serie A and the footballing world in general. Nowadays, you can get as much TV revenue as you want but if you don't have an Oil Sheik for an owner, you will lose out more often than not when chasing a top player.
Then it becomes a question of what are the other more responsible methods to accrue top players and your answer will be the youth ranks. Establishing a monopoly on our domestic talents whether they are Italian or not can only be seen as a good thing and we are experiencing the benefits right now with Pogba and soon Berardi.
If I can exchange our ability to compete with spending 40/50/60M on one top player for the rights to vacuum up all the top youngsters in the nation like Bayern does, then I will choose that path because it will ultimately lead to an extremely formidable team, capable of CL success and world wide following which will only churn out higher revenue.

If you can't see the fall that the Italian league has experienced the last few years then I can't really help you. Football is all about money and money comes only through interest and us being in a watered down league is not good for us.

That is the biggest and most important change that has to happen for this league. The rest of the league can financially only go as far as the big 3 teams lead them.
The easy and simple answer would be if Milan, Inter and Juventus were sold to Russian's and Arabs tomorrow. The league would become prestigious again as soon as the next mercato opens but obviously that will not happen.

Look at it this way; Milan have large fan base abroad, bigger than Juventus for instance, and if they find themselves on the margins for too long will the viewing figures of Serie A stay around the same level or plummet? Juve, Milan and Inter are the most important clubs in Italy, undeniably, looking from economical perspective or historical, clubs with the most appeal abroad and while I enjoy their sufferings atm I hope they get back on their feet. This situation if prolongs can't benefit Juventus in the long run and I'd rather that teams like Roma and Napoli return to their mediocrity.
Selling to teams like PSG or Manchester City is in my opinion the best for Serie A right now. Everybody is saying that Milan and Inter should pick themselves up, but I don't see any big effect of that on lesser teams. Isn't it better for Cagliari to sell Nainggolan to PSG who overpays without much thought that to haggle with some broke ass team like Milan who can't even afford Radja without squeezing in some bullshit Primavera players?
If they find themselves on the margins for too long and we continue to dominate then those fans from abroad will slowly become our fans. Fans from abroad have no political or territorial affiliation to any team. They usually pick the best teams to cheer for. Then once you have a huge following, your sponsorship deals will increase.
