I'd rather have Nainggolan than any of the current LB, RW who are on the market.

We really do need a fourth midfielder and he possesses the skillset Vidal has which no other midfielder in the team has.

He'd be a fantastic signing without a doubt.

While I'm calling for a RWF/RM as our biggest issue right now I have to agree with this. I really rate Nainggolan and I'll be happy if he comes here but it means someone will have to leave. As for now we have a bit too many squad players if you add Nainggolan to that it's even more obvious.

It's not possible it's pointless to fight it really. While Juve might have that kind of cash by simply making a loan the club doesn't have those money itself. We're still suffering from calciopoli, low revenue, Secco's spending and years without CL.

Even if we can spend 30m it won't happen. Spending so much is a big risk and we konw Marotta is good at finding cheaper players. This is the way our management is working right now and it won't change overnight.

Surely for either 4-2-4 or 4-3-3 you need actual wide men?

I don't think either is possible right now, although yeah 4-2-4 is even less of a possibility with Pirlo around


Not entirely sure how i'd feel about a 4-2-4, sounds like it could wipe the floor with bad teams but get overran against the big boys. Also, Vidal and Pogba would probably have a hell of a lot less freedom to push up.

It would work pretty much like 4231 that big guns in Europe use currently.

It's pretty much the same especially with Tevez and wingers like Cuadrado. Problem is we'd need two wingers to play that formation, not just one. Vucinic can play as LWF in 433 but not 4231 nor 424. Same goes for Giovinco.

Your point was that he could slot into the role and do a good job but Conte simply put him as a winger just balance the amount of men on the wings. Why should we play him as a winger if he will not contribute much offensively in that role?

I dont see him overrated. If you look at our current midfielders in his given position both pogba and vidal are better than him however you could argue marchisio has a slight advantage over pogba because of his defensive ability.

by someone leaving i hope you mean the padoins of the world right? nainggolan cant b considered a 'squad player' in the same vein as padoin is considered a 'squad player'...i see him a player that can produce the same impact as PPVM(A) in the midfield...guys, think rotation(during games and during the season) rather than 'who starts'...whoever starts merits it over what they do in games and training and of course the tactical requirements of the conte at the time..some ppl on hear talk as though theyd only b satisfied with a bare eleven quality players...
