and the only thin it is accepted for him to add is depth.
That will remove all the pressure from our transfer director and will show to the other players and teams, that we are not cornered, they cannot make demands, they should accept the situation as it is.

And we can always use Melo as a bargain chip, we can easily pre-sign our future on Pogba and Veratti and let them stay one more year in a less competitive team, if they dont feel ready now.
We will be able to offer Piazenz and Maronnes half for Cavani, without worrying that there is a hole in the midfield that must immediately been covered with new invstment.


Under these circumstances Naingo will not be able to make starter demands and his team will know that they will not force us to overpay.
We must stop being the weak and the fool and start earning back some respect!

I doubt that chief, Felipe Melo has mentally transferred himself away from Juventus forever.

Time to get one of these reliable options available to the club.

There should be a neither option; picking between Naingolan and Asamoah is like picking between an Bentegodi or the Friuli...we should be looking at champions or potential, not more middle men to get in the way.

Point being is that neither of these guys will add much quality or steel to our team. Neither are particularly prodigious in talent (i.e Verratti / Pogba) and neither are a proven goal threat. Do we need more average Padoin / Pazienzas to block the development of are next talents such as Marrone and co?

A) Thats subjective, no one has an actual idea how he will react under Conte.
B) Thats irrelevant. He is our property, we can choose what we do with him. And i dont mean that we have to keep him;)

Pretty much every reporter, speaker, opposition manager and half of the Juve fans rated Melo as MoM in half of our matches, this cannot be denied by nationalist fans or childish conceptions that since we ranked 7th, our best players had the most fault. Facts and numbers speak for themeselves... also again in Turkey Melo has adapted and delivered!

Exactly, both guys are limited, more or less on the same level as Melo is, they do not have the potential to go much further (neither does Melo) but other do, like Pogba and Veratti.
Since we already have Melo, Piazenza, Maronne and Padoin, nothing justifies investment on anything less than top material, but since we already have 3 starters and cheap fillers, we only need to worry about the future prospect.

No we don't, we need someone who can step in immediately for any of those 3 starters when needed. I do not want to see our season go to waste because of a Pirlo injury while we have no one who can step in for him half decently.

We managed to become champions with those 3 didnt we?
Melo or anything that will be bought from his contract should be enough. Maronne and Pizanza or Padoin and a Veratti/Pogba an overkill.
But there is no need to go past a Melo class 3rd option if we are to withdraw cash from the places we need to strenghten the most (CF+CB starter to replace Borriello and Bonucci in our starter line up and form 3 equivalent strong line, like the Pirlo, Vidal-Marchisio)

Do you lie on purpose or do you just don't know any better?

The only place where Melo got so much praise is this very forum, to a much, much lesser extent Italian forums. More criticism than praise. Trust me, I can read 1 or 2 Italian words.

Reporters? Melo was rated lower than more than half the team, including much criticized players like Marchisio & Aquilani. Now, I'm not saying you have to agree with that rating, but unlike the crap you're posting, that is a fact. You know, something that actually happened.

Opposition managers? They were obviously trembling when they faced us. Needless to say.

Don't know what you mean by speakers. Surely not the speakers on tv, because they sure weren't kind to him either.


Hell, maybe if that terrible first season (worst starting player for Juve I have personally ever seen) & that ill advised Parma fuck up didn't happen, we would have had a different situation, because the raw talent is definitely there.
But they did & we don't.

Going by the confirmed rumours of the club looking at Asamoah, Verratti and Pogba for midfield, I would say Conte doesn't have him in his plans.

2) I understand you mean the club doesn't have to keep him, but I don't want him anymore. Going further on, I see that you mentioned we don't need a new midfielder like Nainggolan, but you have to understand that the club might play 50 games next season. The difference between Padoin or Nainggolan/Asamoah stepping in for Marchisio/Vidal is fairly large when looking for reliable, strong depth.

Felipe Melo is a champion in Turkey now though, where I understand he's been a big factor. It shouldn't be too hard to negotiate a good deal for him anymore, loaning him out might have helped the club in the end.
