His technique is amongst the worst for a penalty kicktaker so I expect more misses.

I think because of that awkward stutter he does for penalties, whenever he misses it looks ten times worse. But why does that matter? the aim of a penalty technique is to score as many as possible. So if it's a good or bad technique should depend on how successful his conversion rate is, regardless how it looks when he misses.

Jorginho's record is really good, that's the reason he is the primary penalty taker for almost every manager he's played for. I don't see how you can make an argument that he's not a good penalty taker.
