Ten Hag known for his 4-3-3 defending. If we read it close enough it is similar with Allegri thesis, where 2 pivot is behind 1 central midifield that go slightly up the field. Bruno Fernandes will be that midfielder

I think they will let go all of old players like CR7 and Cavani.
Getting a proven defender, if they splash on De Ligt that can be the time we take back all of our investment and buy Bremer that proven in Serie A and fix our LB too

They can use Bruno Fernandes as the central midfielder with Fred and a defensive minded mid as double pivot. Player like Wilfried Ndidi or Tielemans will be on their list. Or Tchouameni can be great too

Maybe he can revive and make sure Sancho for RW, Rashford for striker and get Nkunku for left wing. Or Rashford for left wing and get Haaland for the central striker. He can try to maximize their current fullback, but if he can get the best talent to fill both wingbacks that is an important key for Ten Hag tactics

Funny how they've managed to avoid calciopoli in the EPL. In italy they've sent Juventus to serie b and took away 04-06 titles for records that were made in 2003-04 lol.

"I may have spoken to him a lot and shared texts but he knew when I crossed that white line there were no favours."
Crazy that he is able to say something like this and they were never investigated. I accidentally stumbled upon this article from 2013 lol.
What is the probability that Ferguson could ask him not to appoint this or that referee for Manchester United matches?

"To get a penalty at Old Trafford someone needs to take out a machine gun and riddle you full of bullets," says Di Canio, "and even then there would be a debate about whether you were shot inside the area or just outside."

None of this is Maguire’s fault. Dude tries hard and plays whenever he can, he’s just not that good.

Pogba on the other hand is just trash attitude wise.

Ronaldo gets plenty of articles defending him.
What football fans across the globe can't understand is that its the system that makes player A overperform, to play above his level or talent or whatever they name it. Conte's squads are a great example of it. Maguire has played good for Leicester and England because of the system of these teams. Sure his 85m price tag is absolutely stupid and ridiculous but it's all because of inflation of english footballers from the epl. Grealish was sold for 115m....ffs.

he’s not that good for England and he was good for Leicester. But he’s an average defender imo. And people expect him to be world class, he doesn’t have the IQ or skill for that

On the paper Shaw - Maguire - Stones - Walker is not the world's best defensive line ever but on the field they play good because Southgate was able to build the system that suits them. It's not coincidence that they've finished 4th @ the WC 2018 and 2nd @ the Euro 2020.
