Bayern definitely deserve to be in the top 4. Moneybags Camel Shagging Fags FC also warrant consideration. Chelsea definitely, begrudgingly, deserve to be there. City are the best team in the self proclaimed/self anointed best league in the world, so they should also be included, in spite of their failures in Europe. City, Pool and Chelsea have a strong case to be included in the top 4 best teams currently but there is no way anyone sane puts United there instead of Bayern for example.

United had a crazy good transfer market, which is why there is a lot of hype around them. Bayern are clearly stronger of course.

Plus the EPL is probably the strongest league out there currently ( I get no pleasure in admitting this ). These pundits were harping on about EPL teams even when they were behind Italy and Spain, so now when they are ahead, expect statements like these to become even more common.
