They are in 5th place despite only having 34 points from 24 games. So much mediocrity in the league this season. I mean Liverpool only having dropped 2 points all season says that as well, even if they are a great team.

from what i've seen chelsea are really not much better with lampard than Sarri but they fap because its lampard with some young academy brits.
Read their boards the other night
They actually started to regret him(sarri) and they blame their board for letting him go to easy.
Most are in agreement that lampard is out of his depth and willian is sh*t.
They have now 8 defeats in the pl and their form is atrocious.

OGS actually said after their loss ți Liverpool that the progress is obvious because Liverpool respected man utd by fielding their strongest eleven.
That sums the state of that club. Everything is random there.

They have already turned on Lampard? As a coach he seems intelligent and ready to adapt. They lost Hazard and most of their team consist in young players. There are practically no veterans. Kepa sucks too, In all seven best leagues he has one of the worst shot stopping percentage. Their defence sucks too.

Damn! That's how you know you're a laughing stock. Ole's interviews are a blend of sad and funny.

I can't say turned but they are disillusioned with him especially after they good start of the season. Results just stopped coming. Points lost to bottom of the table teams.
Drawing to 10 men arsenal didn't help his case.
They also want him to bench kante cause apparently they think that he can't play with jorginioh which is a head scratcher.

i wouldnt even know where to begin with Manchester United.

one would think you sack Ole but how much longer do you keep cycling through managers? Many of the players seem not good enough to play good football and not professional enough to keep their heads up during the downtimes.

i think a big part of their issue is they expect to turn it all around in a transfer window

what they should do is burn it all down sack the GM and restart ala what juventus did with Beppe. Get rid of the unprofessional players, bring in some yes men, and a coach like conte who will get those yes men playing 120%. the fans wont like it, they may spend 1-2 seasons of mediocrity with players they believe are below their level but it would at least be a long term plan at cutting out the rot and rebuilding from the bottom.

but they dont seem interested in planning that long term. They think continually sacking manager and dumping 100mil on EPL flavor of the month player is some sort of plan. i guess they might ger lucky eventually? :boh:

They will. MU is like one of those banks that are too big to fail.

The “race” for the top 4 in the PL this season is one of the saddest things I’ve seen in top flight football for a while.

It’s a battle between United, Chelsea, Tottenham and Sheffield Utd on who will suck the most and drop the most points against shit teams. And truth be told, Sheffield United look like the best team out of that lot.

i like that the EPL is close for most of the table. its cool that small EPL sides die out there on the field rather then roll over for the big sides.

Pool is raping the other "big" sides though
