He shot himself in the foot when he picked that weaker team to get hammered by Chelsea, then lost the game to Toon. You have to win the game when you do that.
Well this is true but you can't really blame him for resting players against chelsea ahead of a winnable game.

He came out with a hilarious quote not long ago, something along the lines of not concerning himself with a relegation battle, instead looking towards a top 10 finish. I heard it on talksport a few weeks ago but it was quite funny.

Still it will be interesting to see who stoke hire now, i can't really see any viable candidates for the job, people like sam allardyce and roy hodgson who are good at stabilising teams have been recently appointed elsewhere. I think the timing of it all is quite bad, It didnt seem like Hughes had lost the changing rooms which would give reasoning to sack him and there are no stand out candidates to save them

And I was there sitting 5 rows away from the pitch. Entertaining as fuck

Ref took good decisions even though it was extremely difficult to get them right.
Arsenal whined a lot about the penalty decision and then the penalty itself, but tbh even in slow motion you'd be hard pushed to see the calls not going Forest's way.

The Forest player did get lucky as hell on the penalty though.

lol

she was horrible though.
Coventry's finest :p She's actually not one of the worst normally.

I bet some will remember Keys and Gray being sacked from Sky Sports, well the comments they made about her (and being wrong in the process of doing it) were an attributing factor in that.

It was Grey who was sacked because it wasn't his first time aiming sexist remarks at women

Keys stepped down from his role after Grey was sacked and the famous "it was just banter" comment came about after that
